It's not a couch you can snuggle down into, it's firm. The back cushions are good and plump and it's good with room and easy to assemble.

Do not buy this lounge, it's terrible same day it came I rang to get it returned they charged me almost half the lounge to return it. It's like a kids sofa. But extremely hard and didn't come in one go. All seperate deliveries
