I ordered the wrong size, and when I requested an exchange for the correct size, Barton gave me the original purchase for free and immediately credited me the same amount for the new size at no additional cost to me. Very gratifying and pleasant and to say the least pretty unusual generosity! Highly recommend this firm for any watch band needs.

I bought this shipped by cheapest standard mail last month but found that I received a wrong product. After contacting the customer service, they resend to me promptly by priority express mail without extra charge.Talking about the band, the quality of material is excellent. But I doubt if the diameter of the spring bar is too small for holding the watch securely. The pin diameter looks 30% smaller than my Seiko Sumo's original spring bar.

I’ve had my Time Field Watch on a nato style band for years. Cool but the canvas material was prone to sweat and moisture. Not very comfortable especially with hot/cold wrist size fluctuations.The Barton Soft Silicone band is strong, light and flexible. Plus very streamlined and nice looking.

Recently I wrote you about the length of time it took for me to receive the band which I ordered. It took several emails to eventually elicit a response and when you did I received a credit for another band which I ordered. This new band arrived much faster than the first but alas it was the wrong size. I ordered a 20mm band and received a 22mm one which I had to to take to my local AD to have it put on, even though it was off by 1 mm. Obviously not a happy camper.
Really happy with the strap, it's soft, doesn't attract lint and also most importantly for me, it is not overly long!My wrists are quite slim (6.4~6.5) so I always get triggered when straps overreach and make a huge flap. The standard length of Barton feels proper length for small to standard size wrists with plenty of adjustment holes so even during summer or after workout, you will be fine.
This strap is on my Seiko Recraft Solar Chronograph, a 44mm-diameter watch that's as heavy as mechanical other chronographs I own (Universal Geneve Compax manual-winder and JeanRichard Highlands automatic).The strap is very well made indeed and more crucial, is comfortable to wear. It could be a little thicker to make it better suited to a heavy watch like this. A second caveat is, it's only offered with chrome-steel buckle whilst my Seiko has a PVD gunmetal finish so there's a mismatch.
5 stars!I bought this for a Casio Duro I just bought. It or something similar was recco'd in a youtube. I don't have thick wrists and this band helps hold the watch in place better than the OEM band, which is not bad but this is much better. The grey helps keep the watch from looking like just-another-dive watch.
