The pillow arrived very creased, not like photo and Myer is not issuing a refund. I wouldn’t purchase this item again

Disappointing for the price

Purchased this pillow for king size bed, size is perfect and aesthetically is fine at a distance or for photos. Pillow arrived compressed which was expected, removing the cover to iron and to allow the insert to expand was challenging but manageable.Overall I am disappointed with the quality of the construction, noting that every single one of the 12 button holes were poorly stitched and already fraying. The buttons are also loosely attached and I do anticipate needing to re-sew in the near future. The product feel and construction feels like something you might expect to buy from Kmart, not Myer, and I am surprised that this is being sold under the Myer name.While the pillow is fine for it’s purposes, I did expect better quality for this price. Honestly I was a little concerned when I saw how small the box was that it came in. But once it was out and expanded... it's huge! It's EXTREMELY plush and comfortable and is absolutely perfect for my little nook! The fabric is soft, the stitching is neat with no loose threads, it feels sturdy and comfy. Definitely recommend.
