Arrived on time but the only thing is the lid leaks from the edges no matter how tight you close it

It’s easier for me to use I have had strokes and found it hard to hold the kettle for a cuppa this is perfect

This product is great value for money, handy to use for gatherings.

The portable urn arrived in a timely manner and is just what I was expecting. I am using this on christmas day for hot chocolates, coffees and teas as we are lunching at the beach.

Purchased this product to serve hot or atleast warm drinks but not only did it get cold within an hour, it was messy and leaked! Total waste of money!

Worst customer service when I wanted to return it.They didn’t mention that shipping charges would be deducted from refund amount. Also, it’s not free return. I will never shop from this website again and won’t recommend to anyone.

Bought 3, all dispensers had a bad smell inside. Suplier recommended soaking with water/bicarb soda, but difficut to rinse properly considering top walls are not sealed in between. Good customer service though, easy returns so worth the gamble.
