Great product with heavy base. I do need to wash it in the laundry trough though given it's size. This is a minor inconvenience as the pot is a dream to cook massive amounts of stock etc in.

If you want quality then this brand is it. This pot is strong and tough with a thick base. Other one is great for straining food or using it in side the pot to boil grain for Brewing. I am now buying some more of the same brand, saucepans this time.
I have purchased previously other various sizes of soga stainless steel pots and I have found them to be of good quality! I am very happy/satisfied with them.

Really nice wide base, good solid material. Full metal construction so you can put in oven also. Just fits takes up whole oven. Perfect.
This pan is great value for the money. It does not have the heaviest base on the market, but it is a fraction of the cost of top commercial grade pans. I have put 8 batches of marmalade through it over the past fortnight and there was not a hint of 'catching'. Very happy.
The Welds are rubbish with some not even making contact between the two pieces for example There is visible air gaps between the metal plates of the side handles and the pot. Have no confidence in this to lift 10+ litres of boiling liquid! Inside the pot new had dents and the base has scratches.
The pot arrived in well protected box and was itself in perfect condition. The handles are very firmly attached to the sides which is a major safety point due to the fact it can hold a lot of hot liquid. The lid is reasonably weighted so that it does not keep lifting when the contents are boiling.
