We tried them in store and loved them, no comparison to any other headphones in it‚Äôs price range) so finally we had an occasion to buy them. She bought 3 pairs, one for me, one for herself and one for my uncle and after 4 years they all work perfectly! The sound is incredibly rich and lovely to listen to. I had a great experience with all your products right off the bat and was really impressed. So much so that I got involved with your local rep to help. These are great in the studio! But when mine stopped working I got worried. All of them stopped working. They get a lot of use so it is what it is. Then fans started commenting on theirs not working. I bo8ght this product a year ago (just over) and I had the Calvin Harris limited edition- I will admit I was a fan until they broke - a failiure in one cup. Then I recieved my replacement which was broken out of the box. The eBay store I bought them from was amazing and sent me a pair right away without me having to return the faulty goods. However a few months down the track and guess what - they are broken again. My suspicion is they are cheap rubbish made for 5 bucks in China. Sol apologised but they are unwilling to help me replace the broken cup. I can predict a visit to the Seinhieser store very soon. Buy these with a view you will be buying new ones just as the warranty expires.

I have two of these. One set in blue, the other black. The sound on these is pretty outstanding and I can't knock these for that. HOWEVER, what I can criticize is their construction. The inner soldering of the wires from the speaker to the aux out is cheap and quickly frayed on me. I had to remove the plastic casing, attach new wire, and solder it anew myself. When I got into these things and saw the poor workmanship I was very disappointed. For a company like this, and the price one pays for the headphones, I'd expect slightly better quality. Though I've done my own repairs, I will not be purchasing another set and will be moving on to another brand.

They lasted me just under two years before problems started to arise. It started with the cable, which I replaced, and then the right speaker just quit. I checked with a light that one of the two wires has disconnected from the 1.5mm jack housing. While the other wire is starting to split apart. I got the X3 as an replacement together with various other items to match the value of my previous headphones because they stopped the production. Overall I can say that they are awesome. They are well balanced and I don’t have any major issues with them. Sometimes the right driver sounds dull, but as soon as I let a bit air in everything’s back to normal (I don’t know how I create the vacuum when I put them on). They survived a lot of abuse and still work perfectly fine. Only thing to improve is the printing because it started to come off after a few months. It seems that with this specific pair of head phones there is a problem with either the left or right speaker in regards to it being able to do what I paid for it to do and that is to play music. In all honesty I enjoyed listening to music with these headphones however after a period of time I found that my right speaker would drop out, meaning that I could not listen to music threw that specific speaker. It became apperent that the problem came from within the speaker its self, after attempting to use multiple different headphone cables there was no improvements to the sound quality. I am disappointed in this product, it seems that this is a common problem found with these headphones and the problem has yet to be addressed.
