I purchased this product with the intention of helping boost my immune system. I was reading that going above 40mg has the potential for deficiency in other areas (copper and iron). I started off with 15mg once daily for about a 1.5 months with no issue. Eventually I bumped myself up to 30mg (twice daily) and I have noticed I have developed dark circles under my eyes even though I get adequate rest, drink water, and eat a somewhat balanced diet. Dark circles can sometimes be attributed to iron deficiency. It's hard to say unless I go get labs done, which I'm hoping to do soon. Honestly though, I feel like I have been in good health while on this, but who's to say because I don't typically fall ill. So is it me or is it the capsules? Something I did notice was that ...
