My brother asked me to get this for him as he's got rather high blood sugar levels. After taking this - 1 a day - he found that he was testing lower for his blood sugar levels.But it's a bit pricey compared to some other brands though.
It gave me rashes and extreme itch ! Will not buy again. Bought it because i read that bitter melon kills cancer STEM CELLS. However, it worked for my brother. He suffers from chronic constipation and BM has helped him tremendously. This is definitely a clean product but its just too bad it didnt work for me. Just a warning for those taking presciption meds. Bitter melon will interact with some meds so please be careful. Otherwise,The products I select are mostly clean without the fillers and additives.
