Easy folding bed up and down 9. Quiet quiet quiet 10. USB to charge my phone or tablet if needed. Ok I know I have more reasons. but so far so good. If I had any Cons for the price point I would say more fans for intense runs located at different areas high and low. Sometimes use my lap top and it blocks the main fan when Im on a long uphill climb. But honestly its not a deal breaker. Btw! I am a real person whos is anal retentive and thought about it for over two years to purchase a TM. After intense research... Show more

Buy Super Glue if you buy this treadmill
I bought mine directly from Sole and when I opened it, there was a small piece of plastic floating in the main console area. I emailed their support and after a week of no response, I called them. They looked over the case and told me the piece was just a plastic piece used for shipping and was not part of the treadmill. So I started putting it together and when I almost finished, realized that the piece that was broke was important as one of the covers was supposed to screw into it. So I took it back apart and took pictures and emailed back to tech support. Once again, it has been over a week without a replay. Had to superglue the piece back on and hopefully it will hold, but I am not happy with the customer service from Sole.... Show more

Excellent Home Treadmill
I did a ton of research before purchasing a treadmill. I really wanted a treadmill that functioned and felt like a commercial treadmill. I didn't care about all the fitness apps, wifi, etc. I selected Sole because it didn't require you to purchase their fitness app in order for the features to work. I am beyond pleased - it has exceeded my expectations. I was worried the arms would be too short, but they are not. It was extremely simple to assemble - my husband and I put it together in under an hour. It is quiet, the platform lifts up easily to clean underneath it, the buttons are easy to use. It has tons of little compartments for your phone, tv remote, drinks, etc. It's a very well thought out design. Love, love, love it! If I had any complaints it's that the fan ... If I had any complaints it's that the fan only has 1 speed and the touch screen isn't super sensitive to the touch, so it's not as responsive as I'd like. *In full disclosure, I have not tried any of the apps. But, I got exactly what I wanted - a treadmill that functions like a commercial treadmill.... Show more

Good treadmill horrible UI/Software
The treadmill feels well built. The tablet feels like an unfinished product. The UI is buggy and unresponsive. The apps arent fully functional. You are unable to sign in to YouTube and makes your YouTube premium subscription worthless. Sometimes when you are loading into an app the navigation bar disappears and youre stuck in the APP. The only way to exit is by turning off the treadmill.Another gripe is the screen goes black and you lose all the functionality making the treadmill useless. I tried the Apple airplay it works but the video is extremely choppy and the audio doesnt sync properly. I think Sole needs to seriously spend more time and money on software development and use better hardware for their console and provide more frequent updates. I shouldnt spend ... Great Machine
Pro: Quiet, Powerful, Clear and sharp touch screen control panel, multiple user profiles, no need pay-subscription to work, many preset programs, users can set maximum speed and time for each program. Can be improved:1. Assembly is basically easy except the 4 screws used to mount Console Mast Covers. These 4 screws are ridiculously difficult to be aligned, very bad assembly design for non-critical parts. These 4 screws took about 50% of my total assembly time.2. It will be convenient if users can change and save default maximum speed and time for a program in the profile data.... Show more

Great product but putting it together was hard.
Step 6, wherein you put the covers that slide up the legs with 4 metal screws over the arms, literally took hours of trial and error, before I got two screws to find the holes on the inside. The problem is that the holes on the inside DID NOT MATCH UP to the holes on the outside, AND YOU COULD NOT SEE the inside. This meant that you had to do everything by feel, which is mostly the screws spinning in air when you turn them with the screwdriver, wiggle the arms, adjust the covers, change your angle, pick up the screw off the floor, etc., to match up them up to the inside hole, all the while cursing your fate as you realize that your back is going into spasm or that your last moments on Earth will be spent putting a treadmill together. (Oh and yes, I did this with a partner.) When I finally got one screw on each side to find the hole and tightened them down, the other two screws could not find the holes on their side (of course), so I ended up putting a couple of drops of Superglue on this side to hold the covers in place (I hope). I don't think that I've ever seen a more poorly designed product (at least, this step). Please execute the engineer.... Show more

Nice Treadmill
Bought based on other reviews and comparing with about 10 other models. Seems reasonably well built, but there's still a little side to side movement of the uprights/handles. Nothing objectionable, but it is a little more than I expected after reading other reviews talking about a heavy duty frame. The base of the unit does seem very well built and solid despite the fact it can tip up to save space. Expecting a long life from the motor, belt, and base of unit which is backed up by an impressive warranty. Love the width and length of the belt, I have a hard time running on the skinnier units keep stepping off the side. I do find myself stepping on the front motor cover when fully forward using the display or handheld heart rate monitor, wish it was a bit further ... Expecting a long life from the motor, belt, and base of unit which is backed up by an impressive warranty. Love the width and length of the belt, I have a hard time running on the skinnier units keep stepping off the side. I do find myself stepping on the front motor cover when fully forward using the display or handheld heart rate monitor, wish it was a bit further forward, or the upright tilted just a little further back. Again, not a severe problem, just need to get used to it. Unit is very quiet on the motor side as well as noise from footsteps. Doesn't disturb people in other rooms when using early in the morning or late at night. I had an assembly issue, one of the bolt holes securing the console to the frame was not fully tapped bolt only when in a few turns and quit. I had to borrow a tap and carefully re-tap so the bolt would go all the way in. Little disappointing for a brand new premium unit. Rest of the assembly wasn't too bad, a little tedious getting some of the plastic parts aligned along with the screws. Helped to have a 2nd set of hands and a head lamp to see into the recessed holes. Kind of annoying the recesses were so deep you couldn't start by hand and had to use a screwdriver upside down while somebody else was helping to hold. The bad threads and clunky assembly were why I knocked a star off. Console/display is nice. Screen mirroring with android is clunky and it doesn't effectively rotate use the whole screen. Wish we could add more apps to it besides the handful pre-installed and maybe features of a smart TV like Roku instead of trying to do their own version. I would have bought the more basic display but wanted the higher HP Motor, larger weight cap, and larger roller diameter only at the F85 level. So we have it and it's fine, but might eventually get a tablet or put a smart TV in front which kinda makes the display a waste since it could have been a lot better and it does have a nice screen. The USB port is useless for charging newer smart phones because of the current limit so don't expect to use your phone screen and actually accumulate any sort of charge at the same time. Overall not a perfect unit, but so far seems like a quality unit for the part that matters - running. Only had for about a month so I can't comment on long term durability but from what I've seen so far I expect this unit to last a good long time.... Show more

Off to a Rocky Start
Got the F85 and put it together. Need to contort my body into a pretzel to attach the screws of the arm covers, upside down in a dark hole. Poor design there. I like the general layout of the console but unfortunately, it wouldn't connect to the Wi-fi. support told me they would send me a new one. Received it but wasn't sure if I was to assemble it again or would receive help from a service technician. Sent another e-mail asking but heard nothing back for two weeks. In the meantime, I switched it myself. But I still couldn't upgrade the software, even though I could hook up the wi-fi. My wife found a thread on the internet explaining how to bypass this and we finally got it to work. Chest strap heart monitor still doesn't work despite three battery changes. ... Bluetooth says it is connected, but it doesn't read continuously or accurately. It is a pain in the **** to try to look down at my apple watch to see my heart rate. Oh well. We will see what future issues come up.... Show more

Slow and heavy
The delivery experience was fine but the fact they do not offer assembly made this extremely difficult. The weight of the machine definitely requires more than 2 people to get into the room of your choice but the delivery drops it off on a pallet the driveway. Stuff like that you can usually deal with but not when you are alone. Assembly was good until you have to match the electronics portion with the base. The screws holding the rail to it never would line up so in the end after 2 hours of dealing with it one screw was not used. It still looks nice and appears to be a quality product but knowing that diminishes the overall rating. So what slow? When you boot up and get to the point of starting your program it takes roughly 3 to 10 seconds to get to the next step ... Two Months, Three Delivery No Shows, Still No Treadmill
Every other day or so I get an email from Sole asking me how I like my new treadmill or suggesting I try their fitness app. These would probably be relevant if they had ever managed to actually get me my treadmill. As is, it has been sitting in a warehouse 30 miles away for the past 6 weeks while every week I'm told it will be delivered, I schedule to take the day off from work and then no one shows up. I've never been informed the delivery would be canceled more than 10 hours before it was supposed to take place. So yeah, one star since my treadmill at this point is little more than a few thousand dollars I don't have anymore and a source of constant frustration.
