The capsules are small and easy to take, no aftertaste and they’re easy to swallow. Bit pricey for the amount you get in a bottle but it makes up for it in terms of quality.

Great product. Felt an almost immediate improvement in joint pain relief, and fatigue. I’m personally finding it easy to take and no negative effects at all. Feels like my skin and hair have become more clear and shiny, better condition and even hair stylist remarked on this! One added bonus for me has been a reduction in appetite which means I have found some unexpected weight loss as a result - which is a real positive.
