Solgar Digestive Enzymes 100 Tablets

im struggling with the size of the digestive enzymes. Im having to cut them as they're getting stuck and then an awful feeling for hours after of something stuck. I've also been advised by your staff not to cut the tablets and to take the tablet midway through eating, as the food would help push the tablet down! Everything says to take them 20/30 mins before a meal. So that made no sense to me. Personally, if the tablets were made long rather than tge round ones that may help to swallow whole. I am thinking of changing brands once these finish for a brand which us easier to swallow. The tablets have helped a little with my issues but too soon to tell if my digestive issues will improve completely. I've only been taking them for a week.

I had my gallbladder removed in early Nov 2022 and I had problems with indigestion every day and also digestion on the whole seemed very sluggish still 4 weeks post surgery. So after reading good reviews about ox bile and recommendations from a support group, I tried this and for the most part they are working great. I take one with every meal. Things have definitely improved.

Having suffered for ages with this difficult condition, with medication from g.p. giving no relief, I decided to try digestives enzymes,( thinking that I had nothing to lose ). I bought Solgar brand as I have always trusted their products. Since taking just one a day of the enzymes for the last 6 months I have not had a recurrence of my usual symptoms -bloating, colic, diarrhoea, pain, which used to be quite frequent (at least 3 times a year, with discomfort remaning for weeks after an acute attack) So I've come to the conclusion that I've finally found my solution to the problem. Hopefully the enzymes could be worth trying for other diverticulosis sufferers
