I have tried other brands of flaxseed oil, including liquid (not in capsules) ones. Solgar's seems to work the best for me. I take 4 capsules per day: 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner. What I need it for is to help relieve dry eye. And it works. I can tell. Since it needs refrigeration once open (minus one leaf) I cannot take it on vacation and I feel it missing after a few days. However, that it needs refrigeration is probably a testament to the purity of the product. One bottle lasts me 25 days, so it is a bit expensive -- but I won't take a leaf off, since the product has been so good for me.

I have been taking this Flaxseed Oil for a long time now and highly recommend it. No after taste at all. I'm staying with this brand. Joan.

A good product that requires refrigeration once opened. Perhaps obviously they come in a capsule and perhaps not so obviously these are large in size. Whilst these are not overly difficult to swallow (due to the smooth shaped capsule), it may be an important factor for some.

Such a pity this company has one of the worst customer services. It's products are the best but if you require to speak to "A Human" ( as stated by the company ) you cannot speak to anyone as there is no phone number and if you email through their website it takes almost a week to get some answer but sometimes there is no reply. Will never order anything from them again, I can get their products from companies which have a far better service.
I love this product product, because for one, the pills do not stick together n get stuck at the bottom of the bottle like other brands. I also love it, because I do not keep burping up the pills like I do with other brands. I have a feeling of well being when I take them.
I really like this brand for vitamins and minerals! The prices are good and quality is there! I’d definitely recommend these to my friends or anyone wondering if they should buy them. I prefer these over the drug store brands!
Thoroughly recommend this product especially if you suffer from dry or red eye syndrome. My optician originally recommended this product and I can’t thank him enough.,
I have osteoarthritis in my hands so taking flaxseed oil helps . A good product.
The delivery is excellent and the tablets even more so - I no longer suffer from dry eyes - at the age of 83 - and can absolutely recommend this product and Company
This product was recommended to me in my early 50s at the time of the menopause as a form of natural HRT. I took the advice and had relatively minor problems with the menopause and have continued to take the product ever since. Now in my mid-60s I am active and healthy and, although I will never know for certain how much Solgar’s flaxseed capsules have contributed, I believe it is highly likely they have played a positive part in my current state of health. I have no intention of stopping taking the supplement,
