As a person with high myopia (1200 and 1400 degree), i am really afraid that my eyes will worsen, especially with the current social distancing situation and more time spent at home where I tend to have more screentime (remote working).I have been using this lutein for more than a year now, can only find a few brands to offer 40mg lutein and of course solgar is one of it.I feel that my eyes feel less dry when taking this (soft lens wearer), besides a few other cheaper brands causes sleep problem for me if taken after dinner, nevertheless never had an issue with Solgar lutein.I took this with krill oil or fish oil depending on my mood.Overall it’s a really good product

I haven't finish my first bottle yet, but I love the taste of the lutien. I just bite the soft gel and take only the lutien itself. Confident when u take supplements for your eyes, when using too much gadgets. Hoping to have more good results soon after I finish it.

After using this for 2 months, I notice that my eyes get less blurry than usual. Usually my eyes get tired fast and blurry when look at far objects because I use close screens a lot. after using this product I notice that my eyes get less tired and blurry tho during the time I used it I had intensively spent time on screens due to work. But I don't think that I should continue to use it more than 2 months. for long-term usage I think I should look for a less dosage than 20 mg. Maybe 10 or less would be fine.

Been taking a combo of Omega 3 and lutein for eye health. I suffer from severe dry eye disease. I know there are supplements that include both nutrients but am taking them separately so I can make adjustments as far as dose for each.
