I find this supplement to be a good one for me. I am taking a statin that makes my legs ache sometimes so I am taking CoQ-10 to help alleve that side effect. I think that the CoQ-10 helps this alleviate the achiness and I love that it is plant-based which I need due to my many allergies including one for animal-based medications. I will continue to use this supplement as long as I see the good it does!

I take CoQ-10 because of a Rx with some bad side effects, namely shakiness. I've taken other brands of CoQ-10 before without any difficulty, but this one causes my stomach to burn severely. I need to take it with a full meal, and even then I have slight burning with nausea. It's too bad because I think this is very effective at controlling the shakiness.

The quality of Solgar is, in my opinion, always good. Fresh ingredients for this coQ10, nice presentation and glass package (container). I have read it’s good for the skin, for the heart and cardiovascular system, for the brain, great antioxidant. Some people say it has a taste, but for me it is practically tasteless. Anyway, it’s a supplement, so as long as it’s good for the health, then I like it .
It's the 1st time I bought CoQ10. So I need more time to have a better idea. But it seems to provide what I am taking it as an antioxidant of the brain, especially in my age (57) after having used statines for heart stent. Ibelieve i will benefit as time goes on.Taste is neutral, which is good, and quality is OK, although some capsoules were opened inside the pack.I believe also that the package is small and quite expensive. It could be more mgs and more capsules.
