I just moved in, so the rug was left in the plastic wrap from shipping for over a week. Overall, the rug is that lovely oatmeal color between pure white and beige, but there are subtle variations in the color of the yarns. I bought the premium rug pad. With both, the rug is over an inch thick and it's quite soft. I'm sure it will feel great when getting out of bed in the morning.There are a few wrinkles that need to relax, but otherwise it looks great despite being packaged for so long. I would definitely buy this again.

Rugs can be expensive, but I took at chance at ordering this rug for room and it was fantastic - great thickness, nice color and VERY affordable. I have NO regrets and I thank you!

This rug is SOFT and high pile. I love it and so does my dog! I also have a good pad under. My roomba cannot go from hardwood floor to the carpet. I don’t mind that as I own a regular vacuum and can turn off the brushes. Brushes turned on is not recommended.Great online purchase !
I really like the rug. The color is not accurate to the picture, or to the "see it in your room" picture though. It has more of a mauve tint than brown. I was deciding between the brown and beige and the "see it in your room" is what made me decide on the beige. Sadly the app is not accurate.

I received my rug less than a week after ordering and it was exactly what I was looking for. It is soft and thick, my kids love laying on it to play. The red is a slightly pinkish red when brushed one way and a darker red when brushed the other way, not orange or burgundy at all. It is just like very thick expensive wall to wall carpet, not like a shag rug. Vacuuming it is a little challenging because it is a thick, deep rug and they recommend turning off the brushes to make the threads last longer but it is worth it for the look. I also purchased the thick carpet pad with it and would recommend that for anyone buying. The backing on this rug is stiff so the rug pad really makes the rug much more comfortable. The chemical smell from either the rug or the plastic faded after about three days and several vacuuming. I still have one or two crease where the rug was folded but they are getting smaller every day so I don't think there will be any problem with them laying flat eventually.
Very nice looking rug. The color matches my other rug! The only complaint I got is the folds/creases won’t go away.
It's a really nice rug. The color is exactly how it looks in the picture. Very soft. Glad I bought it. My cats love it too.
Overall, I’m happy with this rug! Love the light cream color and it’s so soft and cozy on my bare feet. The only thing is it’s taking a while for it to smooth out. It’s been about a month now and it keeps getting smoother. Just be patient.
