Demoulding in around 2 to 4 hours @ 25 degrees. Low 0.01% Shrinkage on large scale moulds. If mould is adhesive after 24 hours this is due to temperature been too cold. You can fix this by placing mould in a hot room @ 25 degrees or wait 3 - 5 days and this will go away. TIP: It is recommended when pouring large casting moulds to set silicone for at least 12 hours before demoulding.SAFETY DIRECTIONS:Work in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear protective gloves and glasses when mixing and using. Over-exposure may cause sensitization. Uncured material can be removed with a solvent or methylated spirit followed by washingwith warm soapy water. Always wear a mask when using any solvent cleaner. I needed to make a new Draw Face for my Bathroom Vanity Unit.By removing another draw face and placing into a timber frame with some clearance around the Draw Face, I had the Mould ready for the Silcon 1;1 Mould maker solution to be poured in around it, I filled 10 mm above the Draw Face to create a firm base for the Silicon Mould that I was making.After the silicon cured it was easily removed from around timber Draw Face. The Silicon Mould was a perfect replica of the Draw Face. All I need to do now is turn the Mould over and support the sides before pouring in FibreGlass resin.When the Resin cured, I had new Draw Face, after some sanding to take the gloss of the Fibre Glass it was painted up and installed.Steve
