Took slightly more than a week to arrive. The seller gave one a wrong impression that it is based in SG. The package actually was shipped out from overseas. The bristles of the brush heads appear softer. Hope it cleans as effective as the GENUINE ones.

DO NOT BUY...Cannot replace batteries

Phillips does not service or replace the batteries in their toothbrushes. So after about 4 years, the battery will die and you will not only have to buy a new one,…you will be contributing more waste in the world. It is not sustainable and it would be easy enough to just replace the batteries and make them last a lifetime. VERY irresponsible. This will effect everyone on the planet. We must do our part to make our world sustinable..

Great toothbrush heads - expensive

I was expecting them to be cheaper buying them directly from Phillips, but they're not; maybe with a coupon or special offer.I can get them cheaper and shipped overnight for free from Amz. Best toothbrush heads I have ever used; I can tell the difference in whitening right away. Excellent product.

I can't believe. . .
19 March 2023

that someone would write this kind of review without considering how it sounds to others, including Phillips. This a crazy world we now live in, and no one, nor company is perfect, and, in any case, one must often take extra steps to resolve an issue with any product or service. Thats just the way life is these days. Personally, this my 3rd Sonicare toothbrush, and when operated properly has delivered exceptional results--just like the other two. I am thrilled with my DiamondClean version, which I purchased when my second Sonicare still had many years of service left. All of my Sonicares have worked perfectly for over 20 years. The only problem I have had was with the "generic" heads NOT made by Sonicare--I won't be buying them any time soon.

My Dentist Is Impressed
27 July 2023

I have used the Diamond toothbrush for about 6 years My hygienist and Dentist said I have no plaque and my teeth are in great shape, keep using the toothbrush. My Diamond recently died so the same day I replaced it with the model 6100. It feels stronger than the older Diamond. I love it. I'll keep using Phillips as long as they make them. The text customer service is very responsive.

My brush heads bristles

I usually purchase these brush heads from costco and never had issues with them in the past. The latest set i purchased had some issues. The bristles on the head keeps coming out with each use. I am picking out bristles from my mouth.

Saving My Teeth!

I love this toothbrush! I never thought my teeth could be so clean. I look forward to brushing my teeth. Cleans like you wouldn't believe. I actually look forward to brushing my teeth, lol. It's gentle, powerful, effective, yet easy on your teeth so you don't wreck your teeth. I have severe health issues, diabetes and systemic lupus which can make oral health a real challenge. Since listening to my dentist and getting this toothbrush, I am so much happier that I have cleaner teeth. Call me crazy but I think cleaner teeth give you a little more confidence which effects your life all the way around. I can't say enough. A little more than others but you totally get what you pay for!

Value for money or overpriced?
25 February 2024

This is a comment for the W brushes (optimal white) Maybe it does your teeth whiter, but overall it isn't the best choice at all. If you want the best results from brushing then use C3 or maybe the A3. I haven't used the A3 yet i'm looking forward to do that. After the use of C3 it feels like you left the dentist i promise you. I bought my toothbrush in 2018 still working. Model HX9353/56. Value for money for sure.Back to the brushes. In my opinion the brushes is way to exspensive many places right now. Many customers would'nt use the app after some time i guess. Why not make brushes without the chip if it's the reason to the costly price, maybe because they get a good income from those ones. I will always stay to the genuine ones (C3)

[Rewarded Review] This is a great product
2 November 2023

I’m very happy with my Sonicare. I noticed a big difference in whiteness and quality of cleaning immediately compared to a conventional hand toothbrush. This is a replacement unit because the first on started to make a loud noise. I called Phillips and they quickly sent me a new one. Great customer service, I’m very happy.
