I've used this wireless system for many years and it works like a charm. I purchased these mainly for my EWI, but I've used it with my keyboards, amplifiers, powered and unpowered mixers. My guitar players love the untethered freedom of roaming around during a performance. This is a great backup alternative for when someone's cable breaks at a gig. Since, in theory, several can be linked together, I'm interested in linking our powered floor monitors and front of house powered speakers, for a wireless PA experience. Their price drop makes them, in my opinion, perhaps the most inexpensive, working wireless system out there. At the very least, they are a cost effective wireless solution.

I reviewed the available external battery charging options for my Sony DSC-RX100 camera. This seemed like the best option. A Sony battery and the thinnest easiest external charger. It works great and packs easily.. A no brainer.

I bought this for my RX100. I was originally looking for just a spare battery but saw this combination and decided to pay the extra. The charger unit is very compact, barely larger that the battery itself, with a sliding top to insert and remove the battery. It works well and it is easy to throw it in a small bag with the battery inside. This also means that once the battery in the camera dies I can install the new one and put the dead one in this unit and and charge it on the go from a power bank. The only downside is that the plastic material the charging unit is made from is very lightweight and the unit feels like it would not survive too much rough handling or a fall onto a hard surface. However, take care of it and it's a useful accessory.

I purchased the battery and charger after using my DSC-RX100 for a while. Previously, I charged the battery in-camera which meant that the camera could not be used for a while. Now I simply swap batteries and charge the battery in the case. This is also helpful when hiking and camping when you dont want to charge the battery in-camera in a car. When shooting time-lapse or video, the DSC-RX100 goes quickly through a charge so having an extra battery is almost a given.
Overall, I like this system quite a lot. The latency is very low (they state 10 ms), so you really don't hear it. It does not seem to color the sound of your instrument, so it is practically a straight 'wireless' wire. Range is good, I wandered all over my house and never heard a dropout. It is occasionally 'quirky' when I try to 'pair' the units, not really sure what I do to get it working, I just 'fiddle' with it and it starts passing audio. I really like the additional input jack. It allows you to plug in a music player and play along, or even to use it to transmit audio to the amplifier for a wireless, NON Bluetooth player. I have to mention that the English instructions are heavily influenced by the writer's native language, presumably Chinese. It takes a while ... MoreOverall, I like this system quite a lot. I have to mention that the English instructions are heavily influenced by the writer's native language, presumably Chinese. It takes a while to understand what some of the steps mean and apply that information. Another reviewer mentioned that the transmitter plug will not fit in the recessed jack of a Telecaster. This is true. I had to use a short 1/4" extension cable to the transmitter, which I stick in my pocket.
The battery is a battery. Not much more to be said. It works like its supposed to, and is just like the original. The charger however, is just perfection. It is tiny, barely larger than the battery. Plus a USB cable from a laptop or charger into it and it charges the battery. I keep the spare battery in the charger and they take up virtually no space. Just what I wanted for a travel charger. (Note that you have to already have a charger, or a computer, to use this. However this is true for just about anyone who already has a phone, or any other device).
Just don't buy those aftermarket batteries. Buy this. Those 3 batteries and charger for $19 on Amazon is just that - budget crap. This is the way to go. It is a powerful battery that lasts a lot longer than the cheap ones.
I’m used to Sony accessories being expensive, but I find it frustrating that the item isn’t functional out of the box. I had to scrounge up an appropriate cord and charger to connect it to which wasn’t clear to me when I bought it. I don’t expect to buy a charger, but then have to personally provide two of the components to make to function. The charger works fine although it does feel a little flimsy. I can’t find my original camera charger after I’ve moved or I would have returned this.
Ok so let's talk about this great Iteam. When I first opened it from the box it was exaclty what I was expecting. The only thing I didn't expect was that it also brough a battery which is awesome! Now I have 3 Batteries for my Sony Zv-1. I love hoe small and simple it ism I can carry this little devices anywhere I want. I can even plug it to one of my a laptop while am traveling or visiting. It fit's perfectly find in my sony Zv-1 Camera bag. I will defenitely recommend this product for any one that is in need of a chager devices while traveling or if just don't like to carry heavy products.
