Please use proper packing and wraping instead just using only black wrap plastic to the PS5 box. The plastic wrap already tear in half and reveal what is the package. The PS5 box damage. If you want to wrap please add external boxes or deliver using your own fleet. Courier selection own fleet why suddenly use Ninja Van. You are reputable electronics seller but manage it very poor.

Ps5 slim, is a good console. The only issue is sometimes it disconnect itself from the Internet. In terms of game experience it's really good, you can switch in and out more than two different games. It is compatible with PS4 pro games so owning will enable you to continue playing your Ps4 games and some games give you the options to upgrade only for £5. I purchased Ps5 Slim as it has a disc and I want to be able continue to watch my Band of Brothers as I only have it on Disc. All in owning Ps5 Slim is a win win.

Bought this for my son for his birthday after a few years of him having the PS4. The graphics on the PS5 are fantastic and everything runs so much quicker, the only issue I find with this console that my son has noticed aswell is that it gets very hot quickly so I’m going to have to invest in one of the fan appliances for the back I think. I’ve laid the PS5 flat rather than stood up after doing research on it, this seemed to be the best option for this console. The controller my son loves as you can speak though it etc but can still use a headset if required but unlike the ps4 controller he finds the battery drains quicker so I think at some point I will get a second controller as a back up for him while the other charges.
