If you have a PS5, Portal and the budget for these, get them! They feel great in my ears (try the different earbuds for proper fit), they’re light which makes them very comfortable. Most importantly to me is they sound great! The charging case is pretty nice as well. Besides the price, i have zero complaints for what i needed them for. And that’s mainly for wireless earbuds for my Portal.

Fit is pretty comfortable when you find the right earbuds for your ear. I only got it so I can use it with the Playstation Portal since it won’t connect wirelessly to anything else. It also kept disconnecting from my PS5 after 30mins or so but reconnects automatically, just very annoying when it happens, since the audio goes silent and it makes all the disconnect/reconnect beeps before getting audio back. This is when I’m connecting with the provided usb adapter, not bluetooth. Sigh… another beta test product that’s in mass production. The portal has been great so far tho for my needs.

At first I thought these things were going to be junk. The sound when i first put them on had no bass. After finding the right tips and changing the EQ settings these things sound pretty awesome. It sounds even better when connected to the PS5.My advice to those who thing the sound is bad, make sure you have the right tip for your ear. I normally use the medium tip but these i needed the large.The only negative thing I have to say is the missing functions like a mute button.

The carrying case is a little on the big size. I also initially found them a little uncomfortable in my ears, but discovered that I needed a size up on the ear tips. Always used the standard tips on all other ear buds I’ve used in the past, but these seem a bit small. That said, they sound great and get plenty loud. Listening to music via Bluetooth is fine, but I do prefer my Airpods for music. Using playstation link and using them via my PS5 and Portal, they sound amazing. Switching between devices was a little tricky at first, but that could have also been operator error. That said, they are great for what they were designed for, but it would have been nice to have some of the other features youd get from wireless buds in a similar price range.
Just wanted to point out how this company has went from great one to a terrible one. Customer service is utter trash every time you call they are no help , never have any answers , they just make excuses for the problem you are havjng . I have spent thousands with this company and I just dont understand when i lpreorder an item the first thing as soon as preoders open on preorder date and then cones day of release you tell me i can’t pick up my item due to delay of inventory from manufacturer but you still allow preorders for this item that you supposedly don’t have the day before release and allow orders on the day of release for the item you say you don’t have and my friend placed an order for this item on day of release and was able to pick it up at the store ... Like 99% of other reviews, I pre-ordered this in November as soon as it was available. My pre-order couldnt be fulfilled, but people who bought it on release day (or after) got theirs first?! Absolutely unacceptable. My chat with support said they'll just automatically refund my purchase if I dont get the earbuds by 12/20. What a joke.
Really disappointing product for the price tag. Was so excited to see Sony release official earbuds, something I’ve wanted for the PS5 since release, but so far, unimpressed. Constant disconnecting, constant issues when moving the bud in your ear. Sound quality is great (once you spend 30mins tweaking it otherwise it sounds tinny). Really not happy and wish I hadn’t bought them frankly!

These do have Bluetooth capability but it is kneecapped as it is not their primary function. Yes you can pair it with anything and make a call or listen to music but that is about it. Awful awful product save your money. I had non if the cinnecticity issues others had. However the sound is pretty low and not remotely loud enough. I tried aol the difference fittings and tried the earbuds all different ways/angles. Sometimes is would sound okay but not $200 okay. And rhen i starting thinking why am I trying to even put this much effort to make this product work; that alone makes it not worth $200.
Save your money and wait for the headset to release in February. I watched several review videos on this product and they seemed to be right in the middle. The people who always give Sony products a 5/5 or 10/10 said these were great (big surprise) and the unbiased reviews said these were not worth the price and not very impressive. I purchased these and gave them a shot. If you’re connected to your phone, they’re actually not too bad, but if you’re connected to your PS5, the max volume is terrible and they sound like a pair of $5-$10 earphones.I will be returning these today.
