Sony WI-C300 Wireless In-ear Headphones - Black

Fit, battery life, and quality is all above average. Very simple and durable design. Sound is full, plenty loud, and comparable to much higher priced headphones. I've worn mine in the rain many times without issue. Telephone conversations were also loud and clear, and pairing with bluetooth devices was a snap. No complaints on these whatsoever.

Decent audio output, suboptimal design

Been using the WI-C300 for almost three months now.Pros:- Lightweight.- Decent battery time.- Charges relatively quickly.- Once paired, connects without fuss.- Smooth transition between music and phone calls.Cons:- Blue LED keeps flashing when on, making it unsuitable for use at night when lights off.- Overly sensitive microphone during phone calls; picks up WAY too much background noise.- Back-of-neck 'counterweight' design flawed; keeps flopping from side to side, making the headphones unsuitable for use during physical activity (running, gym, or even cooking).

Dont waste your money

I bought a pair...the ear fit was ok but the buds had a tendency to rotate and fall out. The large plastic weight in the middle of the wire would move excessively and essentially pull the buds out of my ear. However, the real problem 1 month later, right ear sound no longer working then second ear went. Took them back after less than 2 months and was told I could no longer exchange them because I was outside warranty. After some discussion, they were replaced with a new pair. 1 month later right ear sound no longer working then left ear went about 3 weeks later. Took them back, fortunately had the same CSR at BestBuy and they were quickly replaced. After 6 weeks, right ear sound no longer working. Good sound, a little heavy

I bought these to try out the capacity of Bluetooth headsets. My main use is to listen to music but I don't call that much. However, people seemed to not be hearing me well when I used the microphone on the headset on the phone.Soundwise, I have no complaints and I always trust Sony to provide the best sound quality, with defined sound for a good price!The battery life is far good for me, providing I listen to music all day : I charge it at night and it's good to go in the morning.I would complain about one thing though : the headset is a little heavy, and the battery seems misplaced on the headset. Also, the earbuds don't attach to each other so they could fall off of my neck easily when I'm not listening.

Great product for price.

Delighted with this product.I went for Sony because of the name but the cheaper end of their product range. The sound is clear and crisp, I mainly use them for running and they have good volume range which allows me to hear the music and what is going on around me.They are comfortable in my ears but don't have a hook to keep them in, however so far have not fallen out but do come out easily when yanked by mistake!I love the control bar as I can easily feel which symbol is which by just feeling, if they are in my ears.So far have not managed to answer a call when they are in, not sure what I'm doing wrong.Only slight negative is that updates on progress from running app come through very quietly but its a picky niggle really.Charge lasts super ... MoreDelighted with this product.I went for Sony because of the name but the cheaper end of their product range. Great value Bluetooth in-ear headset

This is a good headset for casual listening or on travel. Build quality is decent with tangle free cables and about 8 hours battery life with 60-80% volume. Good amount of sound insulation and pretty much a signature Sony sound balancing. This has a very balanced sound signature with decent amount of stage. I would recommend this headset but not the best for sports!

At first sight this product seems to have everything one is looking for when it comes to a reliable bluetooth headset. Its thin, light weight, and the sound quality from the ear buds is great!The biggers problem is that the wire is just too short to use on a daily basis. You can't work out with these things because they fall off. You cant do house work because everytime u turn around, they fall off. Literally if they added 2 more inches of length in these, they would have gotten a better rating from me. I had them 2 weeks and lost them in a store while grocery shopping. Fell off somewhere between getting out of my car and paying for my things. Save your money and buy ones you know will last you !

Good Points: Good sound and not a bad price for a Bluetooth headset.Improvement Points: Really uncomfortable. On the cable connecting both speakers there is a cylinder plastic part, when using in the gym this often digs into your neck on different benches/machines. The cable doesnt offer much slack either, always feels tight and under tension. However I image for runners it wouldn’t be as bad. Got them on offer but wouldn’t pay full price.

Very good product on a budget.

If you're looking for some Bluetooth headphones from Sony on a tight budget, then these are perfect. Listening to rock is very clear, and listening to classic rap songs hit hard. I'm beyond blown away by these. Despite the 8-hour battery life, and microUSB charging, They're still worth it in 2023. I bought mine a week ago on eBay and have been very pleased with them.Highly recommend!
