I’ve had these earbuds for about 6months. I listen to music and podcasts with these fairly regularly. The sound quality is pretty good but I have some nice noise-canceling headphones so I'm kinda spoiled. They are great for a few things. They let in nose quite well which is great if you are running or biking or hanging out with people. They are also pretty light, you can forget you are wearing them. However, there are some things that are annoying about this headset. The ear cups are slippery are fall off easily when they are not in your ears. They are decent about staying in your ears however they will fall out when participating in high impact sports. I got them as a gift this last Christmas and all in all they are a good product. Awful sound quality

Pros: good design for running/working out as it is light weight and the weight doesn't swing around as it is hanging directly from your ears without any slack on the string. Many other bluetooth earphones have issues with the weight swinging around during workouts. Cons: Sound quality is close to being the worst. It is almost as bad as the free earphones given out on airplanes or dollar store earphones. There is a constant buzzing/static noise in the background as long as the unit is on. The music will mask it, but on lower volumes you can still here it. Plus, there is barely any base.

Great Music

I bought this during Christmas season. There were no test piece available even I bought this product.Sound:The sound quality is awesome, exactly with sony digital technology. I can ensure that the one who listens will get goosbumbs.Design:When coming to design, it's unique and the adjustments(play, pause, shuffle and call keys) are quitely designed and comfortable. With NFC technnology it's more easy to connect with upcominng smartphones.Fitting:I'd give 0/5 rating, one of the worst fitting ever I used till now. There were 2 different sizes given but none of them doesn't fit in ear perfectly. It iis designed for sports, but it gets out from the ear even performing simple head moves. Fitting is more important because one couldn't always adjust all time to get complete movie or sound experience. Sony should redesign or change the fitting issues atleast.Charge:The charge time is perfect, it takes 1.30 hours to charge and the bckup time is almost similar to 8 hours (I didn't count).

Great sound, awful fit
23 March 2019

The sound on these is brilliant, they have a useful universal micro usb charging port and they're pretty. However. The fit is awful. The image gives the impression of a useful conical rubber ear tip, but actually it's a flat ear piece, like the very cheap bog standard saucer ones, with a thin rubber tip that will never hold that saucer to your ear. Falls out while walking let alone running. I switched to another pair/brand and they're a million times better.

Nice but not

To be fair I had to give these three stars, but I would never waste my money on these again. They have great sound quality, though the bass could be better, so 4/5 there. 5/5 for connectivity since I've never had issues with it sounding like I'm jogging with a cheap CD player (lots of skipping and interruptions for you younger folks), like I have all the time from Skullcandy Method earbuds. 0/5 for the design. Jesus... these earbuds do NOT stay in your ear, especially if you're sweating (so kiss exercise music goodbye). You either need to put something over it (hat, headband, bandana, duct tape... ), or keep pushing them in every few moments in order to keep them from falling out. Quite disappointed
13 July 2019

I bought this at the airport en route to Tenerife. It was a choice between these and a cheaper brand. I went with the more well known brand but now wish I hadn't. If I still had the packaging I would return them. The volume level is so low at maximum that I struggle to hear the sound on movies or Spotify. With the noise of the plane I had to put them away. If you push them in your ears it's slightly better but as soon as you release them, the weight of the earbuds makes them come away again. Not good at all.

Refurbished, not new
22 July 2023

Product was refurbished despite there being no listing that the product would come in refurbished condition. Earbuds were loose in the packaging as well. If you're looking for new, don't get it from here. If you're looking for refurbished, you're at the right place.

unfortunately, the description for these headphones are wrong. the photo of the headphones are the, 'Sony WI-SP500'. a complete botch on the companies part. i'll keep them because of all of the other hassles i had to deal with for the shipping process. Just be wary of what you buy and do your own research. because i had many other issues with other items as well.best of luck!

terrible design
24 September 2019

I bought this a month ago. It does not fit properly into the ears and is uncomfortable. The sound quality is not good. The sound is so low that when I am in the bus I cannot listen to my podcasts. Beside this, just after one week, one of the earplug tips was lost. It is so lose that I even didn't notice when it fell off. After a months now, both tips are lost. Without the tips it is even worse fitting to my ears. Such a lose design should at least come with a spare pair of tips. I am really unhappy with my purchase. a waste of money!
