I bought this to take to a bachelor party. Since airlines won't let me fly with my cigar lighters, this was a nice solution to have a decent quality torch without having to mess with the TSA guidelines. The included lighter is refillable, or you can do what I did, which is buy a cheapo lighter from the gas station when you get where you're going, and use that. As a side note, this has become my wife's favorite lighter for lighting candles, which is a bonus for me, because she leaves my more expensive lighters where they belong, by the humidor.

These are handy little lighters. They hold a good amount of fuel. I use one for lighting jar candles at home. I put the other one in with my wood burning camp stove. If I am being honest I was a but concerned about the plastic housing right out of the package, it seemed like it might be poorly made and break easily. So far I haven't had any problems though. I got the model that has the extention for the arm and I am very pleased with how well it functions.

We found supermarket lighters didn't work so well in lighting mosquito coils. So we thought we would give this a go. Filling it up was easy and has a nice blue flame. Great lighter.

The Soto pocket torch is unreal,It’s so powerful I’m sure I could start a log by itselfGas lasts a long time and easy as to refillHighly recommended
I had one of these years ago but the ignition finally failed. I couldnt find this style again at the time, so I was pleasantly surprised to find them available. Im guessing they were off the market for a bit because the old style did not have a child safety switch. The new one does, but as with most child proofing, I wish it didnt. It probably took me longer to figure out than it would have taken my 6 year old! Overall, it is well made, compact, and I love that it extends for lighting grills, campfires and camp stoves. The flame is powerful and wind proof. So far the ignition seems to be pretty dependable. Being refillable is a nice feature above the cheap ones that you can get at the hardware store.
I do a fair amount of wandering and hike in fishing and wanted something better than a stump, boulder or ground to sit on when taking a break. At ~1 lbs I’m happy to take this chair along. Its packs very small and comfortably fits in a small pack. It's also very well made and even at 200 lbs is pretty darn stable. If there’s a shortfall is that it’s very low to the ground. Another few inches in the legs would make all the difference. At 6’2” and getting longer in the tooth I can see my self fighting to get out of this chair from time to time.Minus 1 star for leg length.
Bought this to light my camping stove. Works a treat, reliable ignition, works every time. Integrated safety means it wont set your pocket on fire. Telescoping burner means you wont burn your fingers while lighting whatever youre lighting. Better than any bbq lighter Ive bought. Not the cheapest but looks well made and will hopefully last a while.
Lightest chair on the market!Comfort!Nice color!Great buy!Fast service!Pack weight decreased by a whole pound. I have a spinal fusion. I can't just sit on a seat Matt. This chair allows me to be ultralight and allows for comfort and recovery after a long day of hiking.
Good for backpacking, a little bit over a pound.Nice back support and more upright position than any other chairs I tried. Comfortable for leg stretching. Much better than REI F. Air for me. Tight in hips, for me it's all right, for some people could be not too comfortable. For soft surface use ground mat or tennis balls. Highly recommended chair, I got 2 of them on sale for $80 (2018) and $90 (2019, this site).
I had been thinking of getting a camp chair for backpacking trips for awhile and finally pulled the trigger on a recent sale. I love this little thing. It is easily the lightest chair you can find to carry up the mountain. It is quick to set up once you get the hang of it and it packs back up easily and fits back in the storage bag easily. There are trade offs when sitting in a 1 lb chair however... You can tell it is not the strongest chair in the world as it has some sway to it and thus I tend to sit carefully in it. But I would rather sit carefully than haul more weight for a stronger chair up the mountain. Btw, I'm a 200 lb man and it holds me fine, I'm just careful to not abuse it like most ultralight gear.
