I've used it together with bromelain on an empty stomach, after have learned from various research studies that it might help with reducing pain in muscle and joints, caused by internal inflammation.Both me and my husband suffered from chronic pain, due to different cause, but still the result was the same - it affected badly our daily activities, and was constantly present.After physiotherapy failed to produce any lasting improvement I've learned about these studies. within few weeks after we have started to take bromalain+quercetin - we both started to see the effect. The order arrived fairly quickly though not as quick as the first time I ordered. I take this because it was recommended to me but I honestly don’t notice any difference to my health by using it. I will continue because maybe it takes a while to take effect. I’ve been told it works well for MCAS symptoms so that is why I take it. I also take antihistamine which to be honest work a lot more effectively in that I notice the difference straight away. I don’t have any allergies but just some random symptoms after having covid.
