SP 1TB - NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 2280 TLC SSD (SP001TBP34A60M28)
PCIe Gen 3x4 interface with read speeds up to 2,200MB/s and write speeds up to 1,600MB/s LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) error correction code (ECC) technology, End-To-End (E2E) data protection, and RAID engine for enhanced data integrity and stability Supports NVMe 1.3, Host Memory Buffer (HMB), and SLC Cache to deliver high and efficient performance Small form factor M.2 2280 (80mm) allows for easy installation in laptops, small form factor PC systems, and some ultrabooks To support a Silicon Power PCIe SSD, the system must have an M.2 connector with only an M key. The Silicon Power PCIe SSD does not have a B notch and therefore, the B key on the SSD connector will prevent it from being inserted.

Silicon Power is great, I have run their products for years now, I would say reliable. Faster speeds than the old crucial 1TB SSD I replaced for sure.

Bought this in June, was working perfectly up until yesterday when it just died out of nowhere. Now BIOS says it's corrupted and a green LED is blinking on it. Do not buy.

Main boot drive for ~8 months. Woke up one morning to a non-booting machine. BIOS no longer recognizes drive.

Low cost for a 1TB M.2 NVME drive, but it contains a whole lot of bad sectors. This is the reason I decided not to keep it.
Recommend for anyone looking to get with the times. These NVME drives are fantastic upgrades for any PC. Honestly, SSD drives are so far ahead of HDDs that I don't notice much between NVME and SSD but it is a much cleaner install and two less wires cluttering up your build.
I returned it and searched for a drive with a dram buffer. My fault. I wanted a dram buffer for optimal boot drive. It probably would have been fine for my uses but ended up getting a larger 2tb Samsung 970 evo plus during black Friday week.
Installed Windows 10 just fine. Check for bad sectors and shows none. Good Price.
Ok packaging, easy install, works well. One thing to improve would be setup instructions. There were bar codes on the packaging suggesting themselves as guides for installation but both took me to the SP main page.
Had os on this ssd and lost everything worked with no problem for a year and then fried
By a short time I mean less than a year past and it died, it works great until then, I used it as a boot drive maybe just as a storage device it would work better
