Hi,I am a size 18W, about 5.7 Height, so I ordered a size 3. I have big legs, thighs. I wish the legs were longer down to the knees, so just above the knees. Plus there is a seem in the middle of the legs. The legs should be smooth. So, this shows through the pants, you can see where the legs stop, then you have a slightly indentation in the middle, that also shows under the pants.

Wanted to get this in time for my wedding and only size Small was available at that time. Surprisingly it still fit. I think I would expect a bit more resistance over all but it still works. I find that it doesn't do much for the bit tho and the strips rub under arm pits.
For all the shapewear I have been through, this stands as no. 1. I’m a UK size 10 and I got a medium. Fabric was surprisingly comfortable, easy to get on and holds you in in all the right places. No irritating lines at the thighs and doesn’t flatten your backside. Couldn’t ask for more.

Rolled up from the legs. Returning because cannot wear it I’d it’s rolling up more and more with every step. Size was correct.
Material feels very supportive. The sizing is on the small size. I am a size 18 but ordered a 20/22Really glad I did because any smaller and it would have to have been returned. I am 5ft 9 inches tall and the body is very stretched. Please look at a long size for future. Lack of options means that because I need the smooth effect under an evening dress I am keeping it but I know it will be very uncomfortable.
Needed something to help with my not so toned areas to make me look great in my dress. This was fantastic - a little difficult to get on - took some energy to squeeze over the hips. Once on looked incredible, comfortable to wear all day and had so many comments what a wonderful figure I've got for a woman of 64.So thank you Spanx for producing this amazing bodysuit.
This thing is honesty terrible, it cinches you where you don’t want it and doesn’t do that much to flatten the stomach. Very awkward too, on the butt, the non-compression parts are smaller than someone’s butt would be so it compresses sides of it; it would be very obvious that one is wearing something of this nature under clothing, hard pass.
