I brought 10 pair of these shaping panties to wear after my surgery. well when I received them I decided to try them out to see if they were indeed worth the money I spent. Well let me start by saying they hold me in qently. They did not roll down on me. at all. As a matter of fact they stayed in place. After washing them they kept their shape and softness. That’s why I ordered 5 pairs because of how they held up.

I have a vascular syndrome called Servelle Martorel Syndrome. My affected veins have no valves and swell uncontrollably. I have to keep them compressed or I pass out. I have tried dozens of other types of boyshort underwear and none provide enough compression. I do have to wear 2 pair of Spanx but for all others even the tightest brands I had to wear at least 3. I have noticed that the black Spanx seem a bit more compressive so I'll be buying those from now on but I literally couldn't libe or function without these. They help me feel feminine and hide the embarrassing vascular tumors while also keeping my blood pressure from dropping due to swelling. Also I have had 4 c-sections (5 kids last pregnancy was twins) and these hide my c-secrion pouch entirely.

I'm a size 12 and have purchased spanx thongs previously. The previous ones fit great, no lines, and good tummy control. Never had rolling issues with those. Purchased this as I needed something under a light colored garment. They constantly rolled which made them very uncomfortable and I was constantly adjusting them. Awful. Would not recommend unless you want to be constantly adjusting them throughout the day.

Loved these when I put them on. Clothing looked exactly as I’d hoped. But the reality is that when you live in them, drive, sit, reach, stand, they roll. Now you’re fidgeting trying to fix the mess without anyone noticing until you can reach the restroom. Once fixed, it was only moments before it was out of place again.Yes, I ordered the correct size. No, I’m not super thin which is WHY I ordered them.
I really wanted to make these work. I love boy shorts when I'm wear summer dresses and having the added support was a big plus. Unfortunately my weight is all in my backside which seemed to stretch the shorts higher than expected. I wish they were longer so they wouldn't cut into my thighs. If you've got skinny legs and a little pooch these could work but if you've got bigger legs these shorts turn into briefsA and not in a good way. I'll stick with the leggings.

I received a pair of spanx that I ordered online that came with a security tag still on it.What the heck.I don't have a Macys close by that I can just drive.Its not close and will have to go after the holiday...Wanted to wear on Xmas eve.Very inconvenient. These fit nice and are well made. I thought with the "everyday wear" they would be a little less of the control like I would wear when getting dressed up. I bought them for work thinking you wouldn't see any lines and I don't think you can but they are a little to shaping to wear every day for me. I went back on line to see if there was something same shape as these boyshorts but not as much control but I couldn't find anything. I washed them in the machine in a lingerie bag and they came out great.
These are the best panties for smoothing out my extra rolls without a panty line. I’ve seen other posts about them rolling down at the top, but that doesn’t happen to me. They are comfortable and hold me in from my lower belly to my waist. I have several pair and will be buying more. These are well worth the money. I’ll never buy any other shaping panties. These are the best!
I had heard so much about the Spanx line & how much control they offer. These were not that! Control was minimum, and the legs rolled up immediately - before I was even fully dressed! I was really disappointed. Fortunately the Spanx return policy is very good & I was able to return them for a refund.
Very flattering, substantial material, no seams. Did not make a muffin top out of my waste, as did the "briefs" model of these underwear. Not 100% sure I could wear these all day and then into the night as they might give me a stomach ache. These DO NOT feel tight, but at the end of a day AND evening that happens with things snug around the waste.
