Spanx Oncore Mid Thigh Short Soft Nude

These Spanx OnCore Shorts was just the product I needed when I attended a wedding this past weekend. I like how easy it was to put on the shorts and the instant slimming effect they provided. First time using Spanx and certainly not the last. I like how the material hugged my body but not in a suffocating way. The panels inside the shorts flattened my stomach in all the right places. I also like how discrete this shaper is and I had no visible panty lines. The material feels great and seems to be very good quality. I highly recommend these Spanx for instant sculpting/smoothing for any occasion.

I really wanted to like this product. Spanx is a well known brand, and product seems to be well liked. Let’s start with the pluses. 1. The material is so soft and smooth. 2. It has a slit in the pelvic area so that you can use the bathroom. Here are the cons 1. The slit to pee from is weird. You would have to pull it apart, so you don’t pee on the shorts. 2. It was horrible to put on. I know if I had fake nails, I would have never been able to get it on. 3. It’s way too long. I have a long torso and short legs. Realistically the shirts were so I long, I could have just worn it as a body suit. When I sat down, that extra fabric just dug into my waist and ribs. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this product. A Few Flaws

I am 5’5”, 115lbs, usually size XS. I sized up to a small which fit just right. I wanted to love this (it has good tummy control, cinches at the waist, comfortable on thighs), but it kept rolling at the waist right out of the bag (which shows under bodycon dresses). Wish it had rubber at the waist to keep it in place. It’s also thin, so the booty lift could be better, but it’s okay. Almost perfect ugh.

I rarely write reviews but this time I have to. I’m 5’8.5 140 lbs (pretty lean/athletic build). I ordered a bunch of different shapewear pieces to try out underneath a form fitting dress for a wedding and this one was the clear winner. The rest rolled down at the waist/hugged me in weird places/flattened my butt. These shorts fit like a GLOVE, accentuated the right areas, stayed in place all night, and were invisible under my dress. Absolutely worth the money!!! And WAY better than skims

Just okay

Just okay. Great compression for lower abdomen region and I like the shorts part—-on hot days it’ll help prevent the thighs from sticking. The reason I gave this a 3 is it’s annoying! It keeps rolling down. I got both a small and a medium to ensure it wasn’t the size being off as the issue. They both roll down on the waist and it’s so annoying. Got this to wear under my wedding dress so it’s impossible to unroll it through the dress. Overall okay but for the price it should be great.

Looking for shapewear? Look no more!

These shorts were exactly what I was looking for. Smoothed out the lumps and bumps without being too tight or constricting. Comfortable for daily wear. Waistband didn’t roll so I didn’t feel like I constantly had to adjust. Legs of the shorts stayed in place. This was definitely a great purchase!

Missing a Few Key Features

These On Core Shorts are a somewhat good design, as the leg comes down a little lower on the thigh, at least, and there’s some smoothing of the entire region.The color is good and the material has just enough slip to wear under clingy garments without everything sticking together.They generally seem well made, but are lacking in a few important areas.There is no adhesive kind of thing at the thigh cuff, unfortunately, or some feature to keep them in place without creating an indentation. There’s nothing to keep them from rolling up under leggings or tight jeans, etc., either. Preventing lymphedema

I am short waisted . I was searching for a compression garment to prevent lymphedema in my trunk and legs . A Physical therapist highly recommended Spanx .The other spanx option covered too much so rolled on my ribsThis shorter version is better for short waisted folks

Size up 1-2 esp if you have a tummy

My details: 5'5, ~197lbs, size 12/14. Bought these in XLIf you don't have a flat stomach, size up 1-2 sizes. I expected these to be snug (as shapewear is supposed to be) but they instantly rolled. I was able to hike them up almost up to under my bra but as soon as you start moving around, they start sliding down and instantly roll again. XL is the largest size they offer or else I'd exchange. Bummed because they seemed to fit well otherwise but waistband is too contoured and having a muffin top from shapewear almost makes the issue worse.

This is my most used shapewear. My problem area is tummy so this provides great compression without feeling restricted. I don't have issues with it rolling down. I use this under dresses or skirts for a smoothing effect or compressive effect. Size 25-26 bought small. Also WAY better than skims. Skims rolls down, makes me feel so insanely tight that I can't breathe, and just uncomfortable. Also skims totally shows
