I needed a shaper for long term daily wear. I tried a lot of them. For reference, my measurements are, under bust: 31”, natural waist: 29-30”, lower waist: 34”, hips: 38”. I’m a medium in most tops and a size 4-6 in most pants. Height 5’1, weight 132.I tried medium and small, and kept the small. The medium would have been great for regular wear for most people. It gave nice shaping under clothing. When I first saw the small, I thought no way I was getting into it! When I wanted more compression than the medium, I squeezed myself into the small. The small is a bit harder to get on, but really gives the stronger shaping I need. I wear it all day on a daily basis and I love the support it gives.Straps are a bit thin, but workable. They don’t rub my underarm area. ... MoreI needed a shaper for long term daily wear. They don’t rub my underarm area. The body is seamless, a big plus for me. The body gives nice support from under bust to just above the hips. It does not squeeze the hips. The bottom has hook and eye closure, another huge plus for me - with daily wear, it makes bathroom breaks a breeze.

Compared to two other brands the saleslady suggested I try, this one was the easiest to get on. I decided to go with XL even tho the L fit because I didn’t want to risk a stomach ache from too much compression. Even in the bigger size it smooths out the muffin top enough to make putting this thing on worth the effort. But hopefully nature will never call after it’s been wriggled into. There is an opening in the “downtown” area but I think it might require separating the fabric with two hands, which seems annoying if not downright unsanitary. The other thing to note is the length of the leg component. These are longer than desirable for a short skirt, but probably the right length to eliminate the dreaded roll-up. Overall it’s a good piece of shape wear.

I was skeptical for sure but for $100 I was hopeful it would work and it did! I'm 3months post partum with my 4th baby!!! (Last 3 babies within 4yrs so I'm super uncomfy right now) we had a wedding to go to and I was not trying to be uncomfy in my cute dress! This really held me together and made me feel good about myself. I was nervous to use the pee whole (just sounds nasty lol) but it was easy and was not a mess! It would be nice if the straps disconnected so you could pull it down to use the restroom but it works. I'm happy with my purchase but hopefully I won't need to use it for long. I'm 33 5'2 200lb and the large worked for me. **It didn't roll up on thighs or roll down up top**

Product does what it is supposed to do, but could use a few design improvements. Whoever designed this clearly never wore it. Using as a stage 2 post abdominal garment. The body suit clips in the crotch should be positioned toward the front (IYKYK) for improved comfort and better accessibility. The straps also need work. The garment itself has plenty of fabric/length in the torso so that is not the issue with the straps. The straps *do* irritate you after a few hours of wear as many reviewers suggest.
I have tried different brands that were supposed to smooth my shape, but although they managed to accomplish it in the middle, the legs would ride up and lose the smooth transition and the bodysuits were tight and uncomfortable. For the first time I have a bodysuit that goes on pretty easily, isn't too tight, provides a smooth shape, and the legs stay put. And the direction for sizing were so helpful as I always struggle with what size I need. The extra money is well worth the outcome as I get ready for a wedding. I should have listened to my daughter a few years ago. :)
I won't say it does nothing, but it's minimal. A snug tank top would give the same effect as this shaper for a fraction of the cost. Also, the strap and bust are oddly positioned. They don't lay in line with any of my bras, so I have a bizarre double strap situation. The issue may be due to my height and short torso. I'm 5'3, ordered a large and it's OK at best.
I like these, but I cannot stress enough to size down. I am almost 5’7 about 154 lbs and I got a medium at first. However, when I tried them on, they really didn’t do much in the way of shaping, tbh. I then exchanged them for a small and when I first looked at them, I was like no way am I going to be able to pull one leg into these nor will I be able to breathe, lol. I did manage to get into them ;) and I was happy that I felt like I was compressed a lot better than a medium. But now I kind of wish I could’ve gotten an extra small believe it or not. Because they really do loosen after a couple of wears and I feel like I wish they compressed a bit more. Don’t be fooled by when you look at them at first and try them on at first. They really do stretch out and I recommend going at the very least, a size down in order to get that shape wear effect that one would expect when spending this much money. I do really like these, but I feel like the material has gotten cheaper with Spanx. They don’t feel as luxurious as they used to and that’s a shame with all the money we spend.
Sooooooo....I miss the old Spanx. I feel like they were thicker? This is kind of like a thick pantyhose material. So if you have long nails you can snag it. (Like I did) ALSO!!!!! the piece of fabric that you have to move to the side to go to the bathroom is not enough for this girl. Like my stream must be real (LOL) wild Bc I get it everywhere :( I have had to take this garment off bc well.......you can imagine. Solved this problem by cutting it. Which sucks bc this is $100. NOW FOR THE GOOD PART:::::: This thing holds and molds you perfectly. It’s comfortable and keeps you looking smooth and tight. I still think it’s currently the best shaper on the market. Just wish they could fix a couple things: xoxoxoxoxo natascha
I have a hard time finding things that will fit both my legs and stomach area. While I am plus size, my stomach is smaller than my hips/butt/leg area. I carry most of my weight on my lower half so I was worried these would compress my thighs and be noticeable when I wear something form fitting over. They fit perfectly on my thighs, and there was no struggle getting it on. But it did nothing to compress my stomach area. I wish it would have been tighter in the stomach to really accentuate. Trying to see if I can find in a smaller size but I’m worried it won’t fit my thighs.
Do you chafe when you wear skirts? No problem. Are you going to be forced to wear a white satin gown because you’re in a wedding as a bridesmaid? You need this no question. Gained a little weight during Covid? We got you. This by far is the best thing since sliced bread. Worth. Every. Penny. I felt very comfortable and was able to dance the night away. A must have if you’re going to wear anything satin. Very tight but once you’re in you’re in.
