I'm a size 8-10 and ordered a small, however I think I could have done with a slightly smaller size for more support.Gusset area seems to be wearing already after a few washes so not sure how long they will last.I would be happier if they weren't so expensive.

I find these panties very comfortable. A little rolling at waist. I had to adjust the belt on my jeans three notches tighter. They certainly support comfortably, and because my issue is all belly with smaller buttocks, these are perfect. I ordinarily wear large panties but bought these in 1X.

These Spanx fit but weren’t as comfortable as I thought.My stress has been immensely reduced with my new wfh job and I’ve been able to work out again consistently (2-3 time a week, 30 mins), have lost more than 10 lbs and now these Spanx fit like a glove. Ordered small and medium both were awful fit thin material certainly npt capable of smoothing or shaping ! Top rolls over as soon as its on as material is too flimsy . Got my friend to try on the small as she is tiny and it rolled on her without her even moving about . Im now left with 2 very expensive useless thongs that I cant send back as no hygiene labels on them
After owning the Spanx boy shorts I always prayed they would make a thong version as the shorts gave me an unfortunate pant line. FINALLY they have released these and they are amazing. Thinner than most companies but strong and comfortable (doesn’t restrict your breathing). Amazing for holding in my tum and smoothing hip dips.They don’t look/feel like granny pants either. Amazing don’t bother buying anything else.

To my surprise I guess this thong product is no longer the same compared to what I bought a few years back - it feels much smaller for the same sizing, has less coverage in the crotch area which I really dislike and isn’t as high rise to be able to fully compress and cover the problem areas without cutting off right in my midsection and making it uncomfortable. I absolutely love this shape thong! Size is consistent with my other spanx products and the quality is great. It’s perfect under a dress that comes up too high for my other spanx but still sucks in my lower abd!! Without leaving any weird lines elsewear. I’m buying two more.
I like the compression on this— holds me in but it’s not too restrictive. This particular thong runs a tad smaller than the other Spanx panties; I’m hoping with some wear it will stretch out a bit. For now, to prevent roll-down, I hike the panties up a bit, which is slightly uncomfortable in the crack area, but oh well…
