Yep, I had Turkey sandwiches on Thanksgiving at the dinner table for over 3 decades... and it was more for the mayo than the Turkey. I really love Mayo. Mayo-BLT, Mayo-Tuna, Mayo-Catsup-Burger, and more. So how does it taste? It tastes fine for what it does. The only oil I like that tastes great. Not fond of olive oil or vinegar or sauces or other cheap canolas. This is the only product that doesn't agitate my stomach. I put it in pasta.
My husband eats a lot of sandwiches and he loves this stuff, as in won't eat any other kind. In my area, only one store carries it, and the price has risen sharply over the last year. I have found Vitacost, with its occasional special discounts and free shipping, allows me to indulge his fancy without going broke.
Flavor, texture, performance, were pretty average. Nice glass packaging as well. I prefer vegan mayo as I can't stand eggs in it for some reason. We'll continue using Vegenaise, which has been our go-to brand for years now. I also occasionally use yogurt to sub for mayo. Hope that's helpful!
This is the best mayonnaise that I have ever bought. It taste just like any other mayonnaise but with one great benefit, organic. I tried several organic mayonnaises before I found this one. The others all tasted bad. But then I found this Organic Spectrum Mayonnaise. Wow! What a great product. I highly recommend it.
Great taste. It's a easy to use squeeze bottle. Organic ingredients which is nice. I find it a little expensive but worth a mayonnaise made with olive oil not vegetable oil.
