Each softgel contains 690 mg of EPA and 260 mg of DHA, which is one of the higher concentrations of omega-3 fatty acids I've tried. It's a super high-quality product, and it's made in the USA with non-GMO ingredients and is even gluten-free. Missing lot number problem notwithstanding, I enthusiastically recommend it because I think it's the best!
