I am definitely in love with these Omega-3 Fish Oil vitamins. I have only been taking these for a short time and my skin looks like it's glowing, my hair looks and feels amazing. This product is wonderful because it's packed with so much concentrated Omega-3 and Dha in just one softgel. That's the best part, I only have to take 1 a day and there is absolutely no awful fish smell or taste. These vitamins have done wonders for me so far and I am looking forward to benefiting from these in the future. I will definitely be purchasing these on a regular basis, thank you!

High-quality new Fish oil with Omega 3. Really the best. According to the appointment of our attending physician, I bought for my son. He had thyroid problems. He has been taking it for the second month. There is definitely a benefit. The son has become much more active, cheerful. On the second month of admission, an ultrasound of the thyroid gland was done - the result is commendable. In addition, his skin condition and Hair have become healthy. The state of general Health has improved. Good fish oil slim action. We really liked it, we want to order again.

This is the new version of the Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil by Sports Research. Honestly i prefer the older version of this. I was attracted to this brand due the fact that it is made from Alaska fish which i think is the healthiest and has the lowest risk of environmental toxins. The new 'improved' version however is sourced from Norway (wild caught anchovy, sardine, mackerel). I read that increasing plastic pollution has reached Norway and the sea along Norway’s coast has gotten darker. I'm not sure how true is this but Norwegian companies are trying to combat ocean pollution. As for the total EPA+DHA is slightly increased from 950mg to 995mg (EPA reduced by 5mg and DHA increased by 50mg). The good news is the price has now been lowered. As much as i prefer ... I have bought a few bottles of this product and I have written a review about it here, too. So far, I could not be more impressed. I always purchased the 90 softgels one because the 120 was always out of stock. So, when it was finally available for purchase, I went straight for the 120 softgel one. I thought it would be the exact same thing until it arrived and I read the label closely. I attached some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. But basically, they changed from Wild Alaska Pollock to Anchovy, Sardine, and Mackerel. It said on the packaging that it's a sustainable wild-caught fish. However, the reason why I bought this product is that the fish comes from a cold water region. The one I have now doesn't mention where it comes from. Also, it does ... However, the reason why I bought this product is that the fish comes from a cold water region. The one I have now doesn't mention where it comes from. Also, it does not have the Certified Sustainable Seafood MSC logo on it. Fortunately, it is still in the Triglyceride form and the total amount of EPA and DHA is actually a little bit higher than the previous version (although the total amount of Omega 3 is still 1250 mg per capsule.) I really don't know how I feel about these changes because I think it's a huge stepback coming from Alaska Pollock to the kind of fish they use in cheaper Omega 3 products. I haven't consumed it enough to see the difference but I really really wish they keep the Alaska Pollock. I have the pictures of the bottles taken but for some reason, I cannot upload them.
This is a good find, because it has 690mg of EPA, and 260mg of DHA PER ONE 1250mg capsule. It also has one of the best money/product ratio. It is in TG (triglyceride) form which, upon some research, I consider to have for better absorbtion than EE (Ethyl-Ester) form.I consume it along with California Gold Nutrition DHA 700 Fish Oil.One capsule of each gives me 690mg EPA and 960mg DHA per day, totaling to 1650mg.When choosing your Omega-3 pay attention to DHA and EPA weight in mg PER CAPSULE, AND NOT PER SERVING, because serving could easily be 2-3-4 capsules, leading to non-optimal expenses.EPA and DHA play a vital role in many metabolic processes.EPA said to lower cellular inflammation (and in the brain too), possibly reduce cardiovascular events like heart ... In combination with Vitamins B and E, DHA has been shown to improve visual fields and retinal sensitivity in patients with glaucoma.DHA is important for growth and development of the infant brain (including brain of a fetus in pregnant women). Infants acquire it in utero during pregnancy and from breast milk.People on a plant-based diet should specifically consider DHA intake, because they may easily become deficient (note this product is not vegetarian, but algae-based products are).In human body DHA might also be converted, in small amounts, from EPA form of Omega-3.Make sure to lower your consumption of Omega-6, because Omega-3 and Omega-6 compete for the same receptors in the body, and Omega-6 is VERY VERY common, it is basically everywhere because almost all oils will have loads of Omega 6 in them - i.e. Sunflower oil, or even Olive oil. So do start with Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio oil revision in your diet. Hint: freshest cold pressed flax seed oil is one of good options, but you really need to find it same-day freshly made, then it is tasty and not bitter.Note thata cooked salmon contain 500–1500 mg DHA and 300–1000 mg EPA per 100 grams, anchovies - 1292 mg DHA per 100 grams, mackerel 1195 mg DHA per 100 grams, and cooked herring 1105 mg DHA per 100 grams.
