My go to Vitamin D3 daily one gel cap. First week i joticed an increase in my energy and felt more alive. Im 51 and i need a good Vitamins D3 with results and its helpijg my hair feel more stronger. I take this with neo cell collagen and to me this is a perfect combination for women in general. Shipping was quick and super easy. I am allergic to safflower and sunflower oil, so I’m grateful this has quality ingredients that don’t make me sick. I take 2 a day in terms of dosage, as I am chronically vitamin d deficient. This helps with bone pain and stomach and mood issues from missing the sun for me. There is no taste.

I have been taking these for months now, alongside the Vitamin K2 vitamins, as per the Vitamin D Wellness protocol. I have tonnes more energy than I did and my body doesn't feel as achy anymore. My vitamin D levels have also significantly increased and I am getting far less severe illnesses. The products have arrived fast for me each time I've ordered. Thanks iherb, I will be coming back for more.
I'm not a believer in D3 toxicity at 10,000IU. However, everytime I take this I have weird symptoms such as muscle pain and dizziness (and I take K2 and Mg as well). I didn't see anyone else with this problem so I assume its just me. But I felt I should mention it because I'm taking 5,000IU less than with the other brand I used. The ingredients look to be great quality. I'm guessing its as the label suggests "max potency".
There was an issue with previous bottles (clumping), but Iherb satisfactorily resolved it. The latest order of the same has no major issues (just three or four slightly clumped softgels). Overall, I trust this reputable brand (I use other products from the same maker, bought via Iherb) and this Vit. D product is among the better ones. I take it with medium sized meal (add a bit of butter/olive oil for better Vit. D absorption) or a heavy snack. During heavy winters when there's no sun/people stay indoors, I take two per day. I also take magnesium & Vit. K2 (from Iherb) but at different times.

I've been using Sports Research products for five years now. Good quality products for a decent price.Vitamin D3 I use since I don't get outside very much therefore am not getting the vitamin D that many do through the skin. I also take a K2 to make sure that Calcium gets into the bone rather than floating around in the body.When I had surgery a few years back I had no Vitamin D deficiency so this brand is working for me.
I like this vitamin d3 because it is very effective and with a good composition. As an ingredient kosher gelatin, for me this is a very important detail! The capsules are optimal in size and very easy to swallow.
