We purchased the medium oval trampoline for our kids for Christmas. We took our time comparing other brands and are so happy we spent the extra money on Springfree. First tramp I've installed so nothing to compare to but man it was challenging to put up. I really liked the app but after the fact found a better technique for putting the rod into slots in the booklet. I would recommend using both app and written instruction to make sure you have all the info.Material quality is outstanding - feels like it will last.For that size of trap it's got a small footprint which is one of the main benefits of spring free.Kids love it!

There is no way that anyone would be able to just willy nilly pack this trampoline down every time the weather is bad (i.e. quite windy), as per the instructions provided, and then easily put it back up again.I also didn't realize that the weight limit was so low for such a big trampoline. I would have thought that a tramp this size and price would have been able to hold more weight but it appears that no trampolines really go higher so it is standard.The basketball hoop does not stay upright very well and does not look right, but the kids love it despite this. As i wanted this as an xmas suprise, i contacted Springfree and they were very helpful in giving me a new date of installation as close to christmas as possible (21st dec) As early Nov was way too early.Now i only have 4 days to keep it secret until xmas morning.The young man that delivered the trampoline was professional he advised hubby that the install has been rescheduled for later date.Have not used trampoline yet, but my experience with staff at Springfree has been great.My only neg is this product is on the pricey end... but i put money aside for a while to purchase as my friends have had theirs ... MoreI bought the trampoline and installation early November for xmas gift to kiddies. We purchased this trampoline for our kids aged 11 - 16 years to replace an ancient traditional trampoline that was falling apart. I love that the Springfree trampoline design has no Safety mats to disintegrate or springs to get caught in. It's the safest trampoline on the market, which hopefully means no more broken legs or injured knees (This did happen with our traditional trampoline!).It fits perfectly in a narrow grass section of our yard and adds to the aesthetics of the garden.Our kids love to take turns to throw a volleyball to each other from outside the trampoline and jump up to spike it down. They also love to just jump and solve all the world's problems while in full flight!

I now have the shade roof but its still in the box and I didn't buy the electronic thingy as the trampoline is about getting outside away from that.Just have someone else assemble it, I suggest asking someone whom you don't like very much.I love to just hangout in there with my son like a cubbyhouse, a big doona and pillows, lay back, read a book or just watch the stars at night. When he was a toddler we used our springfree inside the house as a massive playpen (very very high ceiling), though observation is a must as it is possible to force yourself between the mat and net, but that is not what a trampoline is designed for anyway.Don't bother trying to make sense of the assembly manual, just go straight to their Youtube videos. I would say assembly is easy HOWEVER, installing the white fibreglass rods (springs) is very difficult, the video doesn't go far enough to show just how difficult it is to simultaneously bend the rod and place it in the plastic pocket, which must also be sitting correctly in the mat cutout. The person bending the rod needs to have a great deal of arm/upperbody strength. If you put a rod in the pocket wrong, swearing WILL follow as it took so much effort to get it in and they are not easy to get out. I'm sure if you put these things together all the time it would be an easy process. I was able to put my second one together on my own but I wish I had help, it was physically draining and i'm fairly large and strong.Because there is so much tension in the frame when the white rods are installed, the frame will flex out of shape when the legs are removed, you can't just remove the legs to make it smaller for transporting the trampoline to a new home. The net does.

The process was easy to follow by myself, but needed to call in extra muscle in a few parts. If you aren't very handy, i recommend getting it assembled or you will definitely get caught out.
