that slides in between the helmet shell and padding and is only secured by friction. It came out anytime I lowered my goggles and after catching it 4 times, I finally lost it,
which was kinda disappointing.

not. I was rather upset about this and filed a complaint with SPY, but there was no response about the matter. I even followed up a week or so later and still nothing. Helmet is
still pretty good, hence bad rating. Seriously feel like I've been wronged as a customer, especially since this was part of an order of $323.
