I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I'm not really into anime and manga, I own some black butler that's it. Most of it isn't interesting enough for me but this series had my attention from the cover onward. Twilight is a serious man, a spy that does dangerous missions and is used to being alone, that all changes with the new mission. Now being forced to care for a child and later wife he is thrown into new territory all for the sake of the country, this leads to some very funny situations as they navigate their life together. I find the story hilarious and charming, it feels like a breath of fresh air among the other manga available.

This manga is excellent. It is incredibly well drawn and the detail is amazing. The plot is so funny and honestly creative. There is heaps of moments that'll have you laughing and sometimes there's even heartfelt moments that will make you cry. Really teaches about the importance of family and how different families can take different shapes. Also it's just really funny and action pack.

Tracks very close with the show. Doesn't do the edgy sex stuff like a lot of Mangas which is good bc it means I can live with myself as a married man easier and don't have to hide from the kids. Strongly recommend. Hard to find thought !
It is a cute story, fun manga about spies, family, and the high jinx that ensue. You will like reading this book series if you enjoy comics and serialized thriller books. Plus there is the added sub plot of the little adopted daughter being telepathic, *no more spoilers*, You'll enjoy this if you are a fan of comedy and good dramatic/suspenseful writing.
Cannot wait to read these manga's, they are calling me, but I am in the middle of moving. I just know they are going to be an awesome read! Thanks Booktopia for always stocking Manga - never stop!
They shipped mine in a plastic bag individually so it did end up bending the front cover a bit near the binding. The book is still in good condition but if you want something in pristine condition for collecting/nostalgia purposes and not solely to wear and tear over the years through repeated reading you might want to buy in-store instead.

spy x family is an amazing series, and i think anyone who's a fan of manga should have this series in their collection. it's so wholesome, adorable and funny, and especially since the new anime is out, you should definitely read the manga!
The story takes place in between a war, where a spy must create a family in a way to create a passage of hopefully meeting the antagonist of the story. The bond of the characters in shows create a wholesome and beautiful vibe to the manga, and would want everyone to have a go of this manga
