The squatty potty has made passing my bowels so much easier. I was straining so much to have a bowel movement, I was willing to try anything. By raising your feet and bending your back takes Tension off that muscle and relaxes that lower sigmoid colon to Where it’s a straight shot for your feces to go right into the toilet. I would recommend it to anyone who has straining issues. It helped me tremendously.

I bought the adjustable version thinking I might need the taller height (I am quite long legged), but I wasn’t sure. The lower height option actually ended up being better for me, so I’m glad I got an adjustable

As a stool works great with all the benefits of the standard SP. I’ve been unable to use the add on piece which was shipped in such a way that the pieces are stuck together. Even with two people pulling the pieces couldn’t be separated. Asked for support and received poor advice with no final resolution offered when “tapping it on the floor” didn’t work. Don’t waste your money - just buy the standard stool.

Works exactly as advertised. I saw an immediate improvement. I'm 5'4, and the 7" model gave me the boost I needed, but I could have gone either way. If you're shorter than 5'4, the 9" model may be more your speed. Everything moves much more smoothly now. If you hydrate regularly and have difficulty pooping, I'd say this will solve your problem more effectively and with fewer drawbacks than laxatives. I've been spreading the gospel to pretty much everyone I'm close to: this really is a game-changer.
Nightmare. Horrid. Falsely marketed. Doesn’t fit. Squatty Potty customer service phone message no longer supported, advises emailing. I emailed Squatty Potty a number of times. Sent photos. No reply ever. Tried again through website. No reply ever. Looked for but did not find mailing address. It’s been 19 days and the only messages I get are requesting feedback. So here you go! Refunded via bank card which caused issues as somehow the bank thought I had purchased from Amazon. I purchased directly from Squatty Potty.
I purchased this item online directly from SquattyPotty. This model does not fit around the base of my toilet so it can’t be pushed back when not in use. I didn’t know this would be a problem but because I have a small bathroom it sticks out too far. I have emailed SquattyPotty twice (since they don’t take phone calls) asking for info on how to exchange it for a foldable option. They don’t reply and I am extremely frustrated.
Appreciate the adjustable height since we have chair height toilets. That said, I'm disappointed with the shape of the legs/feet on the potties as they prevent me from being able to push the stools up against the base of each toilet when not in use. I have to pick them up and move them out of the way in each bathroom which is inconvenient. They eat up space in rooms, that have limited floor space to start with! As an older adult mindful of potential tripping/falling hazards, this version is not ideal for our toilet fixtures which have wide bases. I suggest buyers be alerted to assess for this when considering this item.
My wife wanted a couple Squatties and I searched for days and days for a cheap alternative!In my mind, it’s a weirdly shaped stool! That fits nicely under the toilet and stools shouldn’t cost that much! Come to find out, most stools collapse after normal use. My wife told me to just buy the real thing and oddly your site was the cheapest option!I bought the 2.0 as it has options and cost as much as the other stools. But once I got it, I had some difficulties removing the 2” extra high lid. Though, If I don’t need that extra 2”. It wont ever leave the Squatty!!!I do have to say, the Squatty is super solid! You should sell other stools, that are not for stool!
Before getting my squatty potty I would always have to strain super hard for even the littlest movements. Once I learned that elevating the feet helped I was using stacks of towels every time just to get by. I finally gave in and bought one of these and the convenience is amazing, fits perfectly in the bathroom and makes going so much easier. I would say my one complaint for myself is that the feet rest spots are way too far apart for me, and I usually find myself having my feet resting on the middle part instead. Other than that, the size and height are perfect and I appreciate this thing a ton. Would recommend for people who feel constipated a lot.
I've been using the original Squatty Potty for years. I decided to try a taller one for my comfort height toilet. I chose the Adjustable 2.0 because I wasn't sure that everyone in my household would like the taller height. I really like the taller height and the resulting deeper squat. It makes pooping more efficient. The Adjustable 2.0 will work on any toilet and will work for people of varying flexibility. I expect I will be using it for many years.
