Marine Sta-Bil seems to be the most effective at preventing this damage. Unlike the other offerings, the application rate has remained 1oz per 10 gallon making it most cost effective. .

I use this in vehicles I don't use often to help slow down the process of ethanol separating out of the gas over time. Usually this process takes about 6 months and all the ethanol settles at the bottom of the tank. Ethanol also attracts moisture. With any engine with a carburetor, ethanol ruins the internal rubber components. Marine formula helps make the fuel last longer. No product is perfect. This process will still occur and ethanol will still cause problems depending on how long the vehicle sits and the unused gas remains in the tank. But it's better than not using this.

Long time user of Sta-Bil, but this stuff is the best. I actually use this in non-marine environments and use in my generator and seasonal equipment. I had the Carb apart because of a leaking seal and it was spotless inside no gum or varnish and this carb was 10 years old. Always used with Sta-Bil Red and now the 360 Marine. Can't say enough good stuff about their products. Always fires up first shot, no rebuild / cleaning of fuel components since I started using this 10 years ago. Very impressed. Even with the fuel sitting in my generator all year long un-used!
I bought two of these shower heads. One of them leaked around the swivel ball as noted in other reviews. I tried adjusting the swivel ball nut, but it did not good. I returned this one and bought a different brand. The other one did not leak and works fine. The water pressure is nothing amazing, but it's fine. Waterpik should either redesign this unit without a swivel, or do more care product testing.
My gallon arrived promptly and not leaking. I'm buying this by reputation. These days of Covid has seen a lot of vehicles sitting unused. Cars and boat, generators and mopeds, all sitting with fuel in the tanks. I shudder to think of my boat with a 50 gallon fuel capacity, all that energy going sour and unuseable. So 5 oz. of Stabil at even a $1.00 per ounce might save my gas that cost (50 gallons * $3.00) = $150.00 worth of fuel. Let's not forget about having to dispose of all that "sour" gas! I add an ounce to every purchase of a 5 gallon "jerry can!", just to extend the storage life.
I recently inherited my parents 2001 Jeep with 50k miles. It was a summer vehicle that got limited use even in the summer. The engine had a rough idle that wouldn't go away after spark plug replacement and several fuel additives. I was just about ready to accept the fact that it would run this way. I added Marine Sta-Bil just before winter storage of the Jeep and sure enough the engine was smooth as glass in the spring. I don't think my father ever added additive to the fuel and the ethanol likely attracted water in the fuel system. I'm sold on this for every gas engine I own!!

Even though I ran it dry, there was gas left in the carburetor bowl that had turned to sludge and clogged the needle and seat. Also, since I top off their tanks each fall with gas with Sta-Bil, my trimmer, blower, chain saw and lawn mowers start instantly every spring and run just fine.
I noticed the negative comment on Sta-bil's ability to stain fiberglass. Yes, I fell victim to the black stain on my first use of Sta-bil in spite of my best efforts. On my latest boat purchase no less. My boat and pride was scarred. There is hope though.Thinking this product had to be some crude oil distillate I hoped my favorite carpet stain remover would work. It's called RESOLVE. About $6 any grocery store. It's somewhat unique in that it is an enzyme, not a bleach.It worked great. My stain had been there at least a month. About a 3"x2" oval black spot. It took two spray applications along with 5 mins of patience and a brush. STAIN IS GONE.
Shower pattern mode switcher stopped working after a few weeks.Was not a water supply issue because I tested it on a connection right at my water main.Returned at Walmart and got a different model which I am very happy with
