The spanners are optimally hardened in continuous furnaces with no scale build-up or skin decarburisation and gently quenched in oil. They are extremely strong yet lightweight due to Stahlwillesaposs aposdouble-T profileapos. Stahlwilleaposs unique plating method prevents the problem of chrome flaking.
