Whilst the trolley itself is good and will do the job, it was a pain in the backside to put together as there were no instructions apart from one poorly drawn picture on a bit of cardboard. Perhaps a video on your website would be helpful.

Really well built and easy to use. But allow a hour or so to put together and the instructions are vague. But once you build it. You wont need to build another trolley again.
Purchased the trolley thinking it was fully assembled.I got the delivery it was in a flat pack.It had nuts and bolts missing.I ended up renting one from kennards hire and it is now sitting in a garden shed obviously not assembled.
You would expect for the price the trolley comes in one piece and the max you have to do is attaching the wheels, but no you have to put it together yourself with a manual that's harder to read than a manual for a complete IKEA kitchen. No description what tools you may need and in the end you better go by the advertisement picture on the front of the label than by the manual printed on the back to put the trolley together.

One of the screws snapped after we built it, we hadn't even used it.
Set aside 20 minutes to assemble it. Overall it's good but the fixed nose should be longer for times the fold down nose is in the up position.
