VERY easy and fast to set up and take down. Quite compact when folded so easy to store. A good size work surface with a massive weight capacity (more than most would ever need) There's wholes and slots for clamping, be better if the "lip" around the edge was broader for clamping but it's not a problem. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and wiuld definitely recommend.

Properly solid product for a fair price. 20mm dog holes, easy folding and unfolding for storage, and not a huge weight for how sturdy the unit is. It’s a thick product though, so clamping through the dog holes requires a clamp which comes apart. I bought 2 for a wider workspace and I’m quite happy.

Best workbench I have ever owned

Im a professional Handyman and I absolutely love this workbench. It's durable, compact when folded with a large surface area when erected. There are many points on the bench to affix clamps and pegs to do what you need to do, putting the cross cuts in the middle for trigger clamps was a stroke of genius by DeWalt. I struggled with the cost initially but now it's one of those things I can't live without. Highly recommended!

Good for bench work anywhere

I’ve had one of these for 4 years and it’s still going strong. Folds up and out easily and can take the weight of a large door. I use it in combination with a sawhorse when cutting full length sheet material. The holes are great for bench dogs and will take the ujk system for suspending a rail to make square cuts with a ts55 Festool. (See Axminister). The plastic top has taken a battering from the rail saw but is still going strong. Not the most sturdy work surface but a decent balance between strength and weight. It’s Height makes it useful in the workshop as well as on the job. Having 2 is a good idea but I’ve managed with 1 and a custom trestle so far.

This workbench is absolutely perfect. Bought it for DIY projects around the house and been using daily. Folds / unfolds in secods, very sturdy, multiple places for clamps.

I was surprised at the quality and weighty work bench. Have usd it regularly and am very happy - a useful folding bench that has made sawing wood, sheets and pipes.

Great product as usual from Stanley. Great mechanism for the setting up and collapsing of the table making it simple to use and great for my situation of having limited storage space. Light and easily portable. Shame that the top is plastic, but it is heavily reinforced on the back so it is capable of handling heavy loads.

Unusually Fatmax fall short - Folding Workbench

Fatmax are a good brand usually. I bought two of their folding workbenches and they are both rock solid and very portable to fit in my van. However, both don't open or close easily making them a pain to use. That both are the same suggests its not a random fault. Poor.

Would recommend

I’m stuck for space so have found this excellent for many jobs. It’s sturdy, well made, is a decent size and height.There are lots of potential ways to clamps jobs and I’ve managed to bolt a vice to it which has increased its utility.
