Starbucks Classic Hot Cocoa, 30 Ounce (2 Pack)

I think the chocolate is a bit too strong. I did as the instructions said, surprised with intense bitter chocolate. I Added bunch of sugar which helped but there was still a bitter after taste. I get alot of people like dark chocolate but i would prefer if there was an option for a more light chocolate taste like swiss miss, another type of hot chocolate.I’m still gonna drink it because the bitterness isnt that big of an issue but it almost ruined it for me. So pretty much my only compliant is too intense.

We have been buying the Coffee for a while now, and have been liking it. I'm a fan of almost everything cold brew and my wife likes to mix it up. We just got around to K Pods, ground and coocoo and we can agree after our recent bucks in stars run we do preferr it over the greenish monster. Also, I have Crohnes, while hot coffee usually upsets my digestive track, this for some reason, doesn't. I still have to watch my portions, but thought I'd throw that in there. Please keep doing what you are doing.

Hi. This Hot Chocolate is very smooth, truly elegantly flavored, with such a wonderful texture as you drink it! A very enjoyable, soothing hot chocolate. I only have one suggestion, and that is if maybe CBC could make their "Instructions" on the packaging of all their products maybe in black letters and a bit larger to read, as not all of us have young eyes, lol. Even my young sons had a hard time reading it. Again, just a minor detail, we are very very happy with the flavor of this hot chocolate!

Often Defective

I have purchased this product a number of times and have always had problems with it. Some reviewers complain there are only 5 marshmallows in the package. Ha, I'd be glad to find 5 in my packages. Sometimes there is 1 marshmallow, sometimes 2. If I get 5 in, I'm lucky. Sometimes there are no marshmallows at all. And once I got a package that only had 5 marshmallows in it and no cocoa powder. I'm not sure why I keep buying it, but I've decided to give up on it now. The taste is fine, but the quality control is so poor it makes me wonder what else they overlook. I contacted Starbucks to give them a chance to make things right, but they replied and said to return it to Target because they considered it Target's problem.
