Used with the Philips 5000 series automatic machine medium grinding is great, I think one of the best we have ever used among the more than 40 mixtures or more tried over time, we were amazed, because it turns out balanced in all aspects and despite being Arabica does not have that tip of acidulò which is annoying to many. The beans as you can see from the attached photo, are large and almost all of the same size (few even the broken or broken ones) the roasting is very strong typical of the Nordic countries, but made in a way excellent and not hasty, so that it does not have any hints of burning or bitter, on the contrary it is sweetly caramelized. The grains are very, greasy almost to leave residue in the bag and on the hands, this is good, because it means that ... MoreUsed with the Philips 5000 series automatic machine medium grinding is great, I think one of the best we have ever used among the more than 40 mixtures or more tried over time, we were amazed, because it turns out balanced in all aspects and despite being Arabica does not have that tip of acidulò which is annoying to many. The grains are very, greasy almost to leave residue in the bag and on the hands, this is good, because it means that they have used fine and above all recent grains and that also packaging and deployment were quick. The 200 gram packs are great because there is no coffee left around for too long and therefore every time you use the product you will always find it at the top without degradation due to the slow oxidation of air and light.Cost comparable to great brands, and it's all selling the product (net of the flavor that may not be loved by everyone since coffee is a very personal thing), which says it's expensive and looking for it to compare to discount or commercial brands, I just say that coffee if it is good is tasted with more pleasure, and therefore better a cup less but a product that satisfies. Also tried in cappucccini and macchiati and I believe that the top this mixture reaches it with latte macchiato, caramelato del, coffee goes perfectly with foamed milk, a sprinkling of cocoa or cinnamon and you'll have the top.

I'm typically open to trying a wide range of coffee brands and flavors, trusting that each blend will offer its own unique experience. Having picked up the "Starbucks Dark" from my local Waitrose, I anticipated the rich, bold flavors that the 'dark' label often promises. However, this particular brew was a significant disappointment. To start, the aroma upon opening the bag was not as enticing or as robust as I had hoped. A good dark roast often tantalizes the senses even before it's brewed, but this one fell flat right from the get-go.Upon brewing, I found the taste to be rather lackluster. It lacked the depth and nuanced flavors I've come to expect from a dark roast. Makes for a nice and smooth cup of coffee for the mornings. Brilliant for flat whites or cappuccino, two of my favourites milk based drinks. It has a really lovely smooth and mellow flavour profile. Im not particularly a huge fan of dark roasts so these are ideal for me in terms of taste and provides a good kick of caffeine in the mornings to get me started. Im still experimenting around with the machine to get the most out of the beans, they are very easy to work with and each cup has been a delight. Ive even had family members asked me to make them a cup and enjoyed it thoroughly. Very happy with it, would recommend.
I love the Starbucks blonde espresso roast coffee at Starbucks so to be able to take home the whole brand and grind them fresh at home is a very special treat. The Blonde roast is a bold but mellow flavour the is a vibrant, sweet milky side making it smooth without the toasty edge but still packing the pinch of fresh roasted espresso coffee that taste devine. You can use in a coffee machine or a cafeteria to enjoy at home and sit back to relax , sip slowly and enjoy it's devine flavour. Just like I love to do throughout the day. I prefere a nice frothy latté as my go to but have leaned towards a cappuccino to with this roast. I can highly recommend!
I’ve been drinking Folgers my entire life and for the past several years, I was drinking their Black Silk, never had an issue. But I decided to try something else, so I bought this and had high hopes! Upon opening the bag, the coffee grounds looked and smelled very burnt.. literally black dust. Unlike other dark roasts which are still a little brown. So we decided to still try it, hoping maybe it was supposed to look and smell that way. But when we brewed the coffee in our BUNN, the water was coming out very light. Almost clear.. so we tried it two more times and watched everything very closely. The problem is the coffee. It doesn’t take water when the pot starts pushing it through the grounds and filter, the grounds just float. As if they’re water resistant. Which is extremely frustrating considering the bag was $20 and the coffee doesn’t brew! I also probably won’t get a refund because it’s a food product and it’s been opened.. will not be buying Starbucks coffee grounds again.
I have been buying Starbuck's French Roast Dark Roast K-cup pods for as long as they've been making this flavor. About a month ago, the graphics on their French Roast Dark Roast package changed (or maybe this new package just came to my area). I'm all about updating graphics, so I didn't think anything about it until I drank my 1st cup of coffee out of this new package. This coffee is not the same. Not even close. I looked on the box and the new graphics state notes of dark caramel & sweet smoke. This is not the original FRDR recipe. The original FRDR is intense & smoky. They have definitely changed something to make this coffee sweeter and leave a bitter taste in your mouth. The original FRDR that I've been drinking forever was not sweet and never left a bitter taste on the tongue. I like a good strong cup of coffee and the original Starbucks FRDR has given me that consistently every morning, never failing... until now. Hate to say it, but I will now be shopping around for a new dark roast coffee. This is a real bummer for me. If you just want a consistent, deep rich coffee to wake up to every day, I do not recommend this new Starbucks French Roast Dark Roast at.
After opening the Starbucks espresso coffee beans, I smelt how rich and dark the roast is on these excellent quality beans. These are so dark, you can see the oil on the surface of every, individual bean. I took out 25 grams and ground these down to a coarse consistency, then took out another 25 grams and ground these to a fine consistency. I tried the coarse first and this tasted very robust and strong, with hints of nut and caramel. After rinsing my mouth with some cool water, I tried the fine ground. This was a more refined flavour, deeper and more like a light treacle type flavour, but still with the nutty/caramel overtone flavour. This coffee left no bitter aftertaste in my mouth. I'd recommend keeping the beans in the bag, which has a handy metallic, bendy clip to keep it closed, this will help keep in the oils and keep the beans fresh. This is definitely a must for coffee lovers.
I’m obsessed with Starbucks coffee and always grab one when I’m out shopping or during lunch break as theirs is a coffee which is full of flavor and it hits the spot every time. When I saw that Starbucks had their own range in the supermarket, purchasing some to try was a no brainer, I was keen to learn whether it would taste as good as it does from the cafe.Starbucks Blonde Roast Expresso, is in a nutshell supreme!
