Adjustable depth is great! Assembly is straightforward, though you do need your own screwdriver and wrench. Note that this does not include hardware for actually mounting to the wall - because there are different types of walls to mount to (drywall, brick, wood vs metal studs, etc) so plan ahead. Overall a great space saver given that you can adjust depth to only what you need .

After sitting in the box for a few months I finally installed this tonight and I have to say I am impressed! When I was putting it together I thought "why does this have to be so heavy"? I then realized that is a good thing! This is one sturdy rack. I am using it at the full 20" deep and have no doubt that it will hold my server, a couple of shelves of other gear, a switch and a patch panel. I highly recommend this rack. In fact, I like it so much I am going to install another one in second location.

Everything about this product is top notch.. the steel is heavy duty, nice black powder coat finish, hardware included, even the packaging is done well. Once bolted to the wall, this thing is solid. I can see this easily holding up the rated 200lbs, much more with the depth is set to the minimum 12". I used four 5/16" lag screws to mount this to wall studs. My only criticism (hardly) would be the weight of the rack (about 35lbs on its own), I recommend a second set of hands to help mount it.

Great product! Love the ability to adjust depth to my exact needs. Once mounted very stable.
I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy and well made this rack was given the price. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in this size rack. I bought two and they fit all my network and audio equipment well. The adjustable depth is a very nice feature.
This was easy to assemble and install and seems to be very sturdy. It includes enough cage nuts and screws to fill it to capacity.
Very sturdy and high quality! not the cheapest option but worth the price for the quality.
