I love this little switch. This is a really good quality switch for a USB-C to 4 USB-A adapter. Each port has an on/off switch which is a nice option if you have limited power as it in only port powered. Each switch feels solid and well constructed. Overall this is a good quality switch. I use the StarTech 4-Port USB-C Hub - Portable USB-C to connect my Alesis keyboard to my Asus tablet. I have a Piano learning app, installed on my tablet. The recognition, of the notes I am playing from the piano app, is highly reliable
It allows me to hook up to a USB-C Port. Which gives me more ports because the new laptop only comes with 3 USB-c ports on it and one is for power.
This 4-Port hub is a decent hub at a decent price point. It does feel a little flimsy due to the fact that it is predominently plastic but functionality remains unaffected. The ability to toggle device power on and off at will is a nice and somewhat unique feature not found on many comparable devices. I did notice a slight performance hit when using all four connections simultaneously but that was to be expected. Overall a pretty solid little hub for the money. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.
