I purchased this for my office, but it was over a month until facilities was able to take it out of the box and set it up at my desk. When we took it out of the box it was chipped all over.

The keyboard was easy to install, although there is some outgassing from the rubber material on the wrist rest.

Works well. Tilts, moves up and down. Only set back, you have to turn know to move tray up and down.

Works well. Tilts, moves up and down. Only set back, you have to turn know to move tray up and down.
I bought this and had it installed on my desk at work. It has been awesome to have the keyboard at the right level for my shoulder and arms. It has taken a lot of stress of the shoulders and back not having to reach up to use the keyboard. It swivels and tilts for easy adjustment and use.
This was bouncy and wobbled from every joint. I returned it.
I didn't install this, my maintenance team lead did, but I watched him do it and it was a fairly easy install. A second pair of hands was helpful to get the first 1-2 screws in, but he could have done it solo.I have a standing desk though, and the install bar was too long. He ended up removing the nut that kept the tray from swiveling and allowed it to swivel all the way. He installed the main bar parallel to the tray itself. Works fine! So the tray slides left to right along with my desk edge, instead of front to back, which is surprisingly convenient if I ever move my monitor setup. The tray can swivel all the way around under the desk and out of the way, too.Con: Tray has a bit of bounce to it, but nothing worth returning.
I did a fairly extensive search of keyboard trays and the less expensive ones were flimsy and the more sturdy, ridiculously expensive. The StarTrack hits the sweet spot!The tray’s height, tilt and distance from the front of the desk are all adjustable. You can even swivel the tray left or right.The construction is solid with great attention to detail. The tray is not metal, but still more than sturdy enough. I am completely satisfied with this unit.
I got the tray for my keyboard at work. I works perfect with the keyboard I have - ergonomically correct! I am short so I have to have my keyboard lower than the desk top and this is adjustable in so many ways. I am always comfortable.
