Heavy gauge steel makes it very solid. I have a 12 pound Samsung 27" curved monitor on it and it's solid as a rock! Has good range of adjustment and mounting options to insure compatibility with your mounting needs.

First let me say there are not many choices for standalone monitor stands. I was looking for a stand for my Samsung CJ791 34" monitor and came across this. Pros: It works. It hold up my 34" monitor and I can even swivel to 90 degree angle. It is also very sturdy and well built. I like the silver finish. Cons: The cable management is poor, there is only a clip to feed the cables through.

First let me say there are not many choices for standalone monitor stands. I was looking for a stand for my Samsung CJ791 34" monitor and came across this. Pros: It works. It hold up my 34" monitor and I can even swivel to 90 degree angle. It is also very sturdy and well built. I like the silver finish. Cons: The cable management is poor, there is only a clip to feed the cables through.

Good single monitor stand, fitted a 30" LCD to it. Using the stand in a rv, the stand is definately strong enough to use in a moving vehicle. Comes with a fixed base mount as well as a clamp base mount. Only draw back is the swivel is a little under built for the posted monitor weight allowed, but the rest of the mount is solid. I would not hesitate to buy this product again.
I wear progressive bifocals. When using my thunderbolt monitor my neck would get sore from tipping my head up to see the entire screen. I needed to lower the monitor so this would lessen. This stand holds the weight of the 27" Apple Thunderbolt monitor. I installed in less than 30 mins. Directions were excellent. Nice unit I would recommend this for the qualifying iMac as well.
Super easy to set up with IMac 21.5”, not sure how some of these reviewers complain about the set up, took me no more than 20 mins. Please not if you are using it with a MAc you will need to purchase the adapter plate. Overall it looks great, it’s Sturdy, aluminum matches really well with the IMAc .
This review is for the table top silver stand (since there are multiple items in this listing). Upon completing the assembly, which took needlessly longer than necessary, it has become evident that the stand was designed by someone who didn't know what they were doing. You need 4 hands to mount your monitor, 2 to position it and hold it in place and keep it from tipping forward, third hand for the small allen wrench, and a fourth hand for a socket wrench opposite the allen wrench (which conveniently was NOT provided, but good thing I had one). Then you tighten using both. One tiny solitary screw holds everything in place.
