Stashers are a great concept very well executed. I am relatively new to the product, so have not yet taken advantage of all its properties. I've used them for both refrigerator and freezer storage with good results due to the great seal, and look forward to using the boil capability - especially when camping. The bags do very well in the dishwasher and provide confidence that they are thoroughly cleaned between uses. Stashers are expensive, but their quality, versatility, and positive environmental impact make them well worth the price. My only small issues are that I've not yet figured out just how to store them when not in use, and their relative bulkiness makes them a bit harder to use in my backpack. These are very high quality snack bags. I bought the two smallest ones to carry energy food while cycling. They are very small and good for a kid size pack of cheerios or nuts. They are too small for large snacks like cookies or energy bites and they squish soft food. They also take up too much space and weight in a small panier. This is just a cycling/travel tip. They are fabulous little snack packs.

I love these! I have a variety of sizes and I use them for my lunches and for my daughters lunches. I love the little pocket size one for snacks or small lunch snacks. I am a busy mom and I really hate doing dishes, but these clean well in the top rack of the dishwasher. I do clean out the pocket one because I use it so frequently. But again, its pretty easy. I will buy more as I need them!

I love my stasher ziplock. This is actually the first brand I bought due to its available uses (dishwasher safe, microwave safe, freezer safe etc). I do enjoy it. Sometimes I have a hard time opening it, but after a few uses, it gets easier. I got the sky color, however, due to concerns of color removal from companies I just ordered two clear ones. I have used the snack size for snacks, for fruit to freeze for smoothies, cheese blocks, and to freeze chicken. We do not have a dishwasher, so I just put a pump of soap and warm water, close and shake. The sealing area can be difficult to clean but since it's silicone, you can easily separate the different sections and run hot water over them. My one complaint is the cost. Yes, it is reusable. But, I would easily want 5+ which is $50 + and I can not justify spending that much all at once as a college student.
I just love Stasher bags. Leak proof, mostly indestructible, dishwasher safe, and saved me from my plastic bag habit. I primarily use them for food, but my other two "clever" uses are for toiletries (the smallest/mini bags for travelling with my night guard, vitamins, and a bar of soap... not in the same bag though ;). I recently used a half-gallon bag to keep my things free of sand and water at the beach (phone, wallet, keys). I love all the vibrant colors they come in. I do have to admit I'm not a fan of the new lip/seal style, which makes the bags a bit more bulky - the bulk of the bags compared to a plastic/ziploc is the one downside in some instances.
Iāve been using Stasher since the sandwich size, clear white only days. Iāve converted many friends. But my most recent order of snack size with the new seal shape donāt stay shut. We end up with trail mix or baby carrots loose in the bottom of our bags.We were sent replacements but they're also not great & Iām nervous to order more in case they donāt work either. I donāt need more non-functional stuff in the house. But I do need snack sizes that work!

I kept seeing these around and was resisting buying them, because Iām suspicious of āgreenā capitalism and anything telling me to buy something to be eco friendly (plus, I didnāt want to pay that much for something I wasnāt 100% sure I would use). Well now I wish I hadnāt waited so long! I bought five bags, each a different size, to figure out if theyād be useful and how. All my bags are currently being used and every day I find myself wishing I had more! So far Iāve used them in the freezer to store half-used frozen foods, in the fridge to hold leftovers and snacks, in the cupboard as storage, and to fill up at the bulk section at my co-op. With them, Iāve even started moving away from bringing prepackaged frozen meals to work (so much packaging waste!), which ...Ā MoreWow! I found my first pocket bag in a grocery store in Portland Oregon, and it has made my life significantly more convenient while keeping it sustainable. I will regularly pick a bunch of basil and then go to someone's house to make dinner with them, and this bag is the perfect size to jam full of herbs and make pesto, or carry a handful of celery and carrots to snack on at work. So glad I have this!! I use mine exclusively for food right now, but I know it'll come in handy for other things in the future.
We absolutely love our stasher bags! At first my husband was skeptical, but he just recently suggested we get some more of the sandwich sized stashers because we're using them all the time and he likes them so much! We use them to store cut veggies and fruit, to store leftovers, and the kids love to take them to school because they are easy to open and close. They are hands down the best and easiest seal/open/close of any reusable bags I've tried! I never have to try another brand, the stasher bags are it for us!
I use these to store cut up celery in the freezer. I never use a whole thing of celery before it goes bad. So when I buy one, I chop the whole thing and put two stalks (chopped) into each bag and put them in the freezer for future use. Most of my recipes that call for celery call for 2 stalks. Pre-prepped, handy, and no more wasted celery! I also use one of these to freeze fresh ginger to have on hand. I peel it before I freeze it and then it is easy to mince up when I need it.
