These ceramic 16 ounce tomato cocottes are the perfect bowls in which to serve soup or chili, especially when cooked in Staub’s larger cast iron tomato dutch oven. Looks great on the counter when not in use and makes a whimsical and fun serving piece. The colors are just gorgeous.

I bought this largely to make single serving dishes that I could also eat out of and have it be a nice piece. The entire cocotte is well constructed and extremely versatile—I like using it for soups, noodle dishes, and baked goods! I will note that you cannot use this on a cooktop so that does limit its usage.

In terms of function, it doubles up as both cookware and serve ware so you can just as easily go from cooking to presentation with ease. I also own the Le Creuset tomato cocotte and can say that Staub is not only bigger but much nicer in terms of aesthetics.

I got this little tomato alongside the artichoke ceramic ramekin. It is so cute, I cannot stress how adorable this is! I use it for fruits and morning quiche. Looking to get the squash next.
I received this as a Christmas gift and have used it twice so for making dips in the oven. I love it it holds heat really well and will use it many times in the future. I highly recommend the tomato. An added bonus is that it looks so cute!
This dish was a gift. I am using it as a sugar bowl, as it is impossible to fit any bakes into it for more than one person. The paint is very well applied, the lid wobbles slightly. The lid can be applied in both directions due to the symmetry of the design. I like it. Well packaged.
This product meets and exceeds my expectations. The lid fits perfectly to the bowl, thereby keeping the cuisine within hot and fresh when serving.The color is consistent throughout and just “pops” on the dinner table. It almost presents itself as a gift
I adore this petite tomato cocotte! I have several other Staub products and use them constantly! They are great! I’ve been eyeing this for quite a while, so went ahead and added this adorable piece to my collection! Love it!
Mini tomato cocotte is a nice addition to my table. Pretty presentation, keeps soup warm, impresses guests. My 1 complaint is the stem. In the pictures , the stem looked silver. Turns out the minis have green stems. I was a bit disappointed when I received my cocottes, but I have resigned myself now.
Double check your sizing. For the cost I was expecting a casserole sized dish. Very expensive. Rated as a French product but manufactured in China. Not worth the money.
